My wife and I could not be happier with our re-finished oak floors. We moved everything out of the house and into a pod and left town for a couple of weeks. We came home and the house was clean. Very little dust. And the floors looked fantastic! Pricing was very reasonable and we had our floors done within a couple of weeks of our first conversation. Thanks Jeremy and Quality Flooring for a job well done.

We redid all of our hardwood floors, the house is from 1965. Some areas were damaged, most of it was just aged and had a dated stain on it. The crew did an amazing job replacing a few boards and the finished look is so beautiful. We also had engineered wood in the kitchen that didn’t match so we had them rip that out and match the flooring for it to be continuous from the living space to the kitchen. You can hardly notice a difference from the new wood to the old. We went with a clear Bona stain to let the natural color come through. Jesse was amazing to work with. His communication and knowledge helped us make a good choice. Definitely recommend using their services!

I was very happy with both the product and the service of Quality Floor Service, Inc. in the refinishing of my original hardwood floors. The quote was reasonable and the explanation of everything was thorough. I was guided through my different options, as well as given an honest explanation of what the floors would look like when completed (floors original to a 1940s home). This work was completed when I was out of the country, and Jesse made himself available to answer any questions through email, texts with my family members overseeing the work, and even through video chat during the quotation process. My family and I found him personable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend both the product and the staff at Quality Floor Service, Inc. for anyone looking to refinish hardwood floors.

We knew we wanted Quality Floor Service, Inc. to refinish our floors the moment we saw our neighbor's completed floor work. Beautiful! We had the bedroom carpets taken out and hardwood installed to match the rest of the house before refinishing everything. The match is perfect! We could not be happier with the work done! They were efficient and had the work done quickly. We also felt they offered a very fair price. Here is my cautionary tale that is of not fault of theirs, just please know realistically that there will be dust on everything. I think if you have others doing a renovation job for you then painting comes after floors. Because we were doing the work ourselves and did not trust ourselves on freshly refinished floors, we painted first. This meant wiping down every wall, every cabinet both inside and out. It means we then went and touched up every baseboard and applied the shoes where need be. It simply is what it is. Today we sit in the result of all the work and are truly happy with the result. There's good service, then there's exceptional service, and that's what we received from Jesse and Quality Floor Service. I have clients that needed their original hardwoods resurfaced, preferably with a pretty quick turnaround before getting on the market. Jesse was prompt in scheduling, returning a quote, and the team that came to complete the work was on time, friendly, and took extra care to left the home spotless! Rarely do I give a five star review; but in critiquing Quality Flooring I see only one area for improvement. They did a fine job from a competitive estimate to workers' punctuality to the floor finish. What was problematic for me was moving 3 large pieces of furniture. I'm a widow in my 70s and unable to do heavy lifting solo. In inquiring about help with these items I was told they would not assist. That said, I had to hire a person beforehand for just that purpose. For myself and the man I hired it took less than ten minutes, which I feel could easily have been accomplished by the two Quality employees prior to the beginning of the first day's work. Other than that issue I am happy with the refinishing work and would recommend them.

Jesse and his crew did a fantastic job at our house refinishing our hard wood floors! they were prompt, efficient, reliable and communicated every step of the way. The floors in our house are stunning. the pricing was reasonable (less than we thought it would be). This was the best service we could've asked for. Highly recommend.
