Quality Floor did an outstanding job matching the new flooring to the existing wood in our common areas. They installed underlayment and beautiful wood flooring in three bedrooms, and the quality of the work really shows. Jesse and his entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. All scheduled appointments at our home (quote, flooring delivery, and flooring install) were punctual. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install new flooring!

Rarely do I give a five star review; but in critiquing Quality Flooring I see only one area for improvement. They did a fine job from a competitive estimate to workers' punctuality to the floor finish. What was problematic for me was moving 3 large pieces of furniture. I'm a widow in my 70s and unable to do heavy lifting solo. In inquiring about help with these items I was told they would not assist. That said, I had to hire a person beforehand for just that purpose. For myself and the man I hired it took less than ten minutes, which I feel could easily have been accomplished by the two Quality employees prior to the beginning of the first day's work. Other than that issue I am happy with the refinishing work and would recommend them.

It is a liability for our workers to move furniture completely out of the rooms, so that is why we suggested getting a small moving company or some handymen to assist with that portion of work. Jesse and his crew did a fantastic job at our house refinishing our hard wood floors! they were prompt, efficient, reliable and communicated every step of the way. The floors in our house are stunning. the pricing was reasonable (less than we thought it would be). This was the best service we could've asked for. Highly recommend.

Working with Jesse Moffitt was a seamless process in getting a quote for our hardwood floor refinishing. Met with him and received the Proposal Quote the same day.
Guillermo and his assistant that did the refinishing were professionals in their trade. Meticulous in making sure all imperfections and worn areas in the hardwood were addressed. Made us aware of the drying time, care of the finish, questions answered and that we were pleased with their work before leaving. Left the job site clean.👍

Excellent outcome! I had some floors that needed replacing so I called the best! Jesse Moffit, of Quality Floor Service, came out and assessed the floors right away. He proposed a fair price in which I accepted. He got his crew together and started shortly afterwards. Under Jesse’s supervision the guys worked hard for several days. He communicated with me at the end of each day explaining what had been done and what I should expect the following day. He was very thorough with that and included many pictures showing each day’s progress. Being an out of town homeowner, this was a very important to me. The outcome was perfect. I couldn’t be any happier. Quality Floor Service and Jesse exceeded my expectations. I’d give them a TEN STAR if I could.
