Our technicians wanted to gain some more experience of TIG welding for our bespoke built Porsche 964 cars. Nige took time to go through specific areas of technique and even came to finish the training in our workshop so that the tasks were directly useful for our business.

We had a great time learning how to TIG weld steel and Aluminium. Nige is very professional and his teaching style is great . I learn best with a hands on approach which Nige was happy to cater to. Learning step by step as to not make things too confusing. Overall a great experience and highly recommended , I managed to put a few nice welds together by the afternoon thanks to Nigelās help, the results are very rewarding and Iām now addicted to welding š

Nige this week undertook two TIG welding jobs on the engine of my vintage Triumph Bonneville - a repair to the main bearing housing and replacement of a damaged cylinder head fin. He invited me to stay and watch while he did the work and it was fascinating watching his skills with the welding gear. I am delighted with the finished result - the guy is certainly very capable! And to cap it off, he's a nice bloke too!!

Nigel TIG welded my stainless exhaust together (I gave him a pile of 5 bits) for an engine conversion, he was super helpful, the workmanship was great and the price was extremely reasonable. Would 100% recommend and will be using his services again.

Thank you Nige for showing me how to weld for the whole day as part of your welding workshops. I had a brilliant experience and now feel way more confident with tools in general. It's less intimidating when you are working with a pro at your own pace. Thanks for being super supportive and patient with me. The tunes you played took complete pressure away from the day and you've converted me into an ABBA fan. Can't wait to book in another day with you and work on something that I need repairing.
Nige is an awesome guy and great trainer with a lot of patience and you can tell he loves what he does by the amount of care and attention he puts in to make your experience great. Plus some of his repairs he was showing me are outstanding.

A part of our wheelchair had sheared and nearly broken off, without an appointment I took it to qualitig to see if it could be repaired.
I was greeted in a very friendly manner and in 20 minutes it was repaired and painted.
A very friendly and helpful service, would recommend to anyone.

Had a great day with Nige of Qualitig learning tig and mig welding on a one day course. Nige is very knowledgeable and experienced and makes it a very relaxed and enjoyable day. He also helped welding some project work I brought along on my classic car. Highly recommend

Nige was extremely helpful in welding my seat frame which had a weld that had fractured. It didnāt take long for him to assess the damage and make a really robust repair that has completely fixed the problem.

Not only is Nige as good as it gets when it comes to welding, he is a genuine nice guy who will not rip you off. Did a perfect job of welding some brackets up for me while I waited. 10/10

Anyone reading the reviews please take this as gospel I had no option I couldnāt get a second hand case for my motorcycle the only chance I had was to buy a full engine at Ā£1300 until I made a phone call
After a brief call and a photo over WhatsApp the sleepless nights was over not only was I filled with relief but full confidence just a few days later the engine case that was smashed and cracked was not just in one piece it was far better than I couldāve imagined this man is a artist an artist with metal his energy and knowledge is incredible when you are faced with total defeat and someone says I can do that your life changes if you are in need of help weather itās a small project or a hard to get engine casing the workmanship is outstanding a big thank you from Simon

Nigel did absolutely superb work on my rare E55 exhaust which saved me from needing to replace the entire system. He took the job on when no one else would, great guy and more importantly, a cov fan!
