Quad Spares Reviews

Quadspares is a very rare place in these times. Howard goes above and beyond being helpful. I have made a number of additions to my Segway AT10 all of which have not only been supplied by Quadspares but Howard has fitted them FOC. I had my first service done by them and was treated to coffee and a lot of useful information in the process. I will never work on the quad myself so just need to clock up a few miles before it goes back to them. Many thanks Helen and Howard for making this an unusually pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a Segway AT10 W from Quad Spares, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Before reaching out to them, I emailed two other companies and didn't receive a single reply back. Quad Spares, on the other hand, got back to me almost instantly. From day one, Howard and Helen were fantastic to deal with. They were exceptionally helpful with advice, genuinely knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s rare to find this level of customer care and responsiveness these days. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a new or second-hand quad, or for servicing and support. Highly recommended!

Bought a TGB Blade 1000LTX quad and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The service from start to finish was outstanding, great communication, really helpful team, and a smooth, stress‑free experience. The quad is fantastic and exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend this business and would happily give them the highest rating.

Bought a TGB fuel pump off them. Bought midday, received nest morning. They then emailed me asking what the problem was and sent me related files etc. Very helpful and friendly. Can not recommend them enough. Only down side is that they are too far for me to visit. Thank you Helen.
