I recently purchased a Segway AT10 W from Quad Spares, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Before reaching out to them, I emailed two other companies and didn't receive a single reply back. Quad Spares, on the other hand, got back to me almost instantly.
From day one, Howard and Helen were fantastic to deal with. They were exceptionally helpful with advice, genuinely knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
It’s rare to find this level of customer care and responsiveness these days. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a new or second-hand quad, or for servicing and support. Highly recommended!

Bought a TGB fuel pump off them. Bought midday, received nest morning.
They then emailed me asking what the problem was and sent me related files etc.
Very helpful and friendly.
Can not recommend them enough.
Only down side is that they are too far for me to visit.
