I’ve had a couple quality experiences with Quality Auto Body over the years, and appreciate the care they’ve taken of our vehicles. There is an issue that I had been waiting to fix for awhile - as soon as I stopped by for the initial visit, they inspected, advised, and quoted the cost to repair within a couple days. After the part arrived a week later, I scheduled time to come in and they completed the service promptly. This service level and ease of getting work done aligns with all my past experiences here.

I’ve been coming to Quality for years. I recently had my ‘15 Nissan repaired and the car looked new again upon pickup. The turn around time for the repairs was very good. Highly recommend. Jessica was very helpful with scheduling and kept me informed throughout the repair process.

I highly recommend this shop! The whole process was easy and everything was done on time. When I picked up my car, it was fixed perfectly and looked so clean and shiny, I think they gave the deep clean 🧼 . My car looks awesome! Thank you for giving the great job ! 👏

My wheel liner flew off when I was driving in the highway. I ordered one online horrible didn’t even fit. I came to them. They were very nice. Larry gave me an estimate quickly and ordered the part .came to drop off my car. It was fixed immediately and the price was great. Thank you 🙏🏻

Took my CRV here to get a quote for repair due to some minor damage to the drivers side front end. Was nice they didn't require an appointment to have them look it over. When I arrived for a quote, they came right out, looked it over and said I'd have a quote by the end of the day. I received the quote a few hours later via email. Price was great so I decided to pull the trigger and get the repair. I paid out of pocket cause my deductible is $1K and repair came in under that which was great. They ordered the required parts and when all the parts came in, i dropped the car off. They did an amazing job. The goal everyone wants is not to be able tell your car was damaged and they did that. If you have a choice on where your car gets body work done, give Quality Auto Body a shot. You won't be disappointed!

After damaging my BMW on some ice while backing out of my driveway, I was unsure whether or not to file an insurance claim. My State Farm agent referred me to you, and from the first phone call, your team was incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated being told I could come in for a look at the vehicle without needing an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly team member who quickly assessed the damage. I was relieved to be advised that it was a simple bumper repair that would cost less than my deductible, making an insurance claim unnecessary. The estimate was very reasonable, and the option to drop off my car after hours was extremely helpful for my work schedule. My car was fixed within just a few hours, and I was back on the road the same day. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful experience and professional service.

Dear Quality Auto Body Team, I am writing to express how happy I am with the repairs I recently received at your shop. I was referred to you by my insurance company, State Farm, and I was very impressed that your team set me up with an appointment the same day you received my claim information. By pre-ordering the necessary parts prior to my appointment, you significantly minimized the time I was without my vehicle. Since I do not have rental coverage, I truly appreciated this efficiency. While I was told the repairs would take about five days, I was thrilled to have my car back in just three. I was directed to this bodyshop by State Farm stating they would get my 22’ Civic back to 90-95% of the initial condition (which is almost like-new off the lot with 6.6k miles), however they kept messing it up. My car had many issues such as loose gaps almost everywhere, taillights weren’t sealed properly, and the bodywork wasn’t symmetrical (especially in the front where the left side bumper bulges out more than the right), left rear reflector was loose/out of socket (I fixed it by pushing it back in). I had a good experience talking to the front staff, but the bodyshop guy (Barry?) kept speaking in an unprofessional manner when I pointed out these errors and deflected anything I stated saying stuff like “your car wasn’t perfect off the lot”, but it definitely looked like a new car initially minus the dings I’ve given to it (scratches on rims, small dings on the side, bit of tear on the rubber tires). Please refer to photos for a better look at their work after a second visit - although the pics look better than what I see in-person

Award-winning paint and body work! Recently, my 1954 Chevy Pickup won "Best of Show (Modified Truck)" in the professionally judged Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) competition. There were over 500 cars and trucks in the competition, so this is quite an honor. The judges were impressed by the paint and flawless body work -- all done by Chris and his team at Quality Auto Body. This is my #1 go-to automotive paint and body shop!

We’ve unfortunately gotten into two separate accidents in the past 4 years but we have been lucky to find Quality Auto. I have always had fantastic experiences with this repair shop. The body work is always top quality and they do stand by their work. I have obviously been a repeat customer -- this is the go to body shop in our household. (Also super convenient distance from Enterprise rental car. )

This is my go-to place whenever I need to get any repairs done on my car. I have brought it 3xs in the last 10 years working near this shop, and every single time they've been very professional. Scott does a great job at calling to give you updates on the repair. They take their time on their work but also make sure to give the car back in a reasonable time frame.

This place originally comes off as professional but they very rude and unprofessional as soon as the ball is in their hands. I was having trouble getting my car there because I strictly work mondays and Tuesdays (im a RN) i asked if i could if could brig it in on a Wednesday and they straight up told me no. There was not even the attempt to work with me at one point the guy who runs the place stated “i don’t care thats not my problem” and said thet could do it but they get graded on hoe long the car is in the shop so it inconvenienced him and the business. I had to use a sick day just to get my car fixed
