Extremely unprofessional and unsafe! I booked a teeth whitening appointment expecting a hygienic, professional service. Instead, I found an unsanitary setup with an unqualified staff member. I had to cancel due to health concerns, and they refused a refund. Avoid this place!

I went twice
I went the first time and basically no difference at all I could not tell but the staff try to convince you it’s changed 10 shades I was told to go back another 3 times after that session to get white teeth close to 1000$ professional dentist do it for 800$ one time first go I feel like a complete idiot I went back second time and there was a tiny difference guess what it did made my teeth patchy small white spot 85% yellow it’s patchy I was going to go back again but told myself I’m not a idiot this definitely does not work at all waste of money in a real costumer living in Bankstown went to Bankstown office complete waste of money rip off no difference for 500$ I was disappointed everyone in my family told me not to go and when seeing the results laughed

I had a great experience with Lena at Pure Smile! The whitening process was quick and easy compared to ones I had done years ago at the dentist. I had a little sensitivity for the first night only, and I was given an aftercare gel to help with this. After just one treatment I noticed a big difference in the colour of my teeth. I will definitely be going back!!
Absolutely great product, I got it as a gift for my birthday and didn’t really believe this type of whitening would work, but I was super impressed with the result. I definitely recommend pure smile!!!

Booked in my wife today for the signature treatment teeth whitening, what a disappointment this was and waste of $200. The results were barely noticeable and she walked away disappointed.
Do yourself a favor, if you haven't done this before (teeth whitening) go pay $500-700 and get it done right first time with the professionals at a dentist not here, if your teeth are already white ish and require a touch up then this is fine, don't come here expecting white teeth first time, it will take multiple appointments to get the results they advertise on the website, you will save money by paying the extra $$ first time with a professional and getting results first time ,rather than multiple sketchy appointments here.
The results definitely don't live up to the marketing and hype on the website, when I questioned the lady behind the counter she said maybe book in for a 2nd or 3rd treatment, I don't think so, I'll be taking her to see the real professionals, its true what they say, you get what you pay for.
This is an honest review from a REAL person, not the fake reviews they already have.

As per our conversation I have informed you that results vary person to person which depend on the level of staining, what the staining is caused by, how well the person looks after their teeth (dental clean is recommended every 6 months by ADA followed by every day oral health care at home), age and genetics.
While most clients experience great results with one single session, some might find that they wish to repeat the treatment to boost the initial result. The strength of the gel that we use in our Signature Treatment is 6% Hydrogen Peroxide which is the ACCC limit for in clinic treatments.

Lena is an absolute gem and the product really does speak for itself! Pure! The experience is quick, easy, affordable and best of all it works. This is so dodgy! All of these reviews are FAKE! Read the reviewers other reviews and you’ll see that they’ve been paid to write reviews! I would never trust a company that does this!

Hi, PureSmile has never paid for Google reviews. I can see that all of your Google reviews are based on cafes in Cambodia so it is questionable how relevant this is to a business in Australia. Please call 1300858199 to book in for a teeth whitening treatment in Australia or New Zealand and post a relevant comment if you wish.
The rating that should only go to this company is for the product. The booking and payment is a nightmare. Ive gone to this provider twice (one in Glebe and one in Menai) and both times ive just (by chance) taken a photo of the booking on my computer - I never received a payment confirmation from the company and I never received a booking confirmation from the company. They didnt have any details or proof that i even made a payment or booking - lucky i had my pic of the payment. Then we get to the booking - even though the booking was made (twice) I turned up and they didnt have the booking for me. I also wasnt informed that the Menai clinic was actually in a hair salon within a beauty shop - so trying to find the place was a nightmare. I called the representative to explain all this and she pleated that it was the salons fault for not sending through confirmation.. when last time i checked i was actually buying from Pure Smile and not the salon. Its run bad, but the product is good. Tread with caution, get proof of payment, follow up + follow up again + again.

You would have received a confirmation of your payment automatically from Paypal (there is a chance it landed in your spam folder). We do keep two independent records of each booking so there is always a record of each transaction, there is no need to take screen shots of your booking. I've also checked the communication and you received a confirmation of your booking with the address of the location (there is also a chance this might have gone to your spam folder).
