Purcell Homes brought our dream to life. We had a tight budget and a tight timeframe, but the team made the whole process easy. They were professional, easy to deal with, and always kept us informed. The quality of their work was excellent, and they found solutions whenever challenges came up. We are very happy with the finished result and would happily recommend Purcell Homes to anyone building or renovating a home. Overall, it was a genuinely enjoyable experience.
Thank you AJ, this means a lot to all of us. Working to a tight budget and timeframe takes trust on both sides, and you made it easy by being so clear about what mattered most. We’re really glad the finished home lives up to the dream. I’ll make sure the whole team, and our trades, see your kind words. Enjoy every bit of it, and please stay in touch.

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Steve and his team at Purcell Homes. We originally engaged Purcell Homes to complete some building work in preparation for our new kitchen, which then turned into a bit of structural work as well.
We knew we were in great hands the first time we met Steve. He regularly references standards when explaining the work that needs to be done, so you know it’s going to be correctly and safely completed, unlike some other tradesmen that had suggested ways to cut corners. Steve always had a solution for any problem we faced, and nothing was too much trouble or too complicated for him and his team.
Our work was completed mainly by Reggie, Benita and T. All three worked so seamlessly and effectively together, and you could tell they all enjoyed working with each other and respected each other. Reggie was absolutely amazing, lead the team really well, took time to explain everything to us in detail and also engaged with the kitchen company and other tradies at times on our behalf which took a lot of stress and pressure off us. We also appreciated Benita’s care for our dogs during the works, as she would regularly make sure they were safe and out of the way of anything dangerous.
During the project, a few things didn’t go as scheduled with other trades and even though it wasn’t Reggie or Steve’s fault or job to rectify it, they did, without any complaints. The Purcell Homes team clearly care about their customers first and foremost over anything else, and that shows by their willingness to solve problems that weren’t theirs to solve to keep the project running to schedule (including coming out on a Saturday) Things would have been a lot more stressful had we not had Steve and Reggie onsite.
The quality of work is top notch, and the team would often stay a little later to finish the jobs properly. They always cleaned up everyday and left materials in neat piles for the next day. Truly couldn’t have had a better experience for our building work and we look forward to having the Purcell Homes team back in the future for some more renovations soon!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Ciara. We're thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with Steve, Reggie, Benita, and T. It’s great to know that our team's dedication to quality and customer care made a significant difference during your renovation project. We appreciate your recognition of their hard work and commitment to problem-solving. We look forward to working with you again for your future renovations!

Such amazing communication, I knew what was happening every step of the way throughout the project. The site was tidied every day, and everything left neat in a corner of the job.
All members of the team were amazing to deal with, so polite and friendly and were able to answer any questions I had with ease.
The end result is absolutely amazing, and we couldn't be happier.
The only complaint I have about Steven and his team is that they have set a ridiculously high standard for any other trade coming to do any work in my house.
Thanks Brett, thank you so much for the review and i have made sure the entire team were congratulated on their efforts it definitely helps to hear the positive feed back. Hopefully we can work together in the future. We are so proud that we are lifting the bar for trades, it is a privilege to be invited into your home to perform renovations and alterations.

Highly recommend Steve and the team! They did an incredible job renovating our bathroom. It’s now the nicest room in our apartment. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Thanks so much, Steve!

I couldn’t be happier with the work provided by Purcell Homes. The work was finished to a high standard and the site was cleaned up prior to completion. My fence suffered minor damage due to recent weather, which, when asked was repaired the same day!
Thank you Nic, Steve and all the team. I would highly recommend.
Colleen, it was a pleasure. Thanks for working with up on your project and great that the team worked in with you. Happy to help.

Steve and the team did an amazing job on our apartment renovation. We knew we had to gut and redo everything but we didn’t know how to go about it. Steve was really helpful through the quote process, making sure we knew about some great local suppliers for more interesting tiles, taps, etc, asking questions about how we wanted to use the space to suggest lighting options and so on. The job was completed on time and budget, and the quality is excellent. We highly recommend this company.
Thank you so much Kathryn for trusting us with your Coolangatta apartment renovation — it was truly a pleasure working with you.
From the very beginning, your vision for a luxurious, refined space was clear, and we’re thrilled to have brought that to life with you. Every detail, from the bespoke joinery to the high-end finishes, was carefully considered, and your collaborative approach made the process both seamless and rewarding.
It means a great deal to hear how much you're enjoying your new space. Our team takes great pride in craftsmanship and creating homes that not only look beautiful but feel exceptional to live in. Knowing that your apartment now reflects your lifestyle and taste so perfectly is exactly why we do what we do.
Thank you again for the opportunity — and we’re always here if you need anything down the track.

Thanks Tom,
Working on your renovation in mermaid beach gold coast was a pleasure. Updating your 80s build apartment to a modern feel, new bathrooms and new kitchen design maximises your property value. New mechanical ventilation will remove the risk of mould and condensation. Replacing old carpet with new flooring will help with cleaning. Fixing your leaking windows with new energy efficient ones will help with having a healthy home and far more energy efficient. Awesome result for an awesome client, cheers mate.
