I am so happy with Pups/streeterville! My dog so enjoys the daycare- he literally pulls my arm so hard when we get close because he can’t wait to get inside!
And their groomer, Brady is so awesome! He listens and does even better with my dog Ringo than I could have expected! Ringo was just groomed today and I’m amazed how beautiful he looks!!
I took darby to PUPS pet club for their free trial day and it seems she had a lot of fun! I really appreciated the communication throughout the day. i received pictures of her towards the end of the day as well as access to the security cams while she was there. She didn’t receive as much outside time as I would have hoped, there is a few separate rooms they stay in, and I believe they go for a walk during the day? but everything else is indoors. The staff was amazing, super friendly and easy to work with. If I go out of town, I will bring darby here for sure.
I’m so glad I signed up my Dog for doggy daycare at Pup’s Pet Club. They have a friendly staff that provides great care, updates/report cards, photos, videos, grooming, boarding and doggy socials. It has convenient locations and our dog absolutely loves it. Everytime I drop him off he’s super excited and doesn’t even look back at me to say goodbye.

Our dog has the best time while at Pups! As just a puppy, it’s really important to socialize him and knowing that the e staff is always there watching and helping is such a relief. He’s made so many friends! Having camera access to check in is also a great perk!

We absolutely love having little Herbie with us. Puppy play care is even better when he’s here, he has a special way of helping even the shyest pups come out of their shells.
Pups in wicker & lakeview are the absolute best (I’m sure others are too, these are just the ones we go to frequently). My wife and I recently had a long weekend trip out of town and weren’t able to take our puppy so we boarded him at Lakeview for 5 nights. The workers provided us frequent report cards and updates with lots of pictures so we never felt out of the loop or wondering what’s going on. They took incredible care of him and he genuinely loved being there with all of them. The staff deserves all the praise for taking great care of the dogs there, their facilities are so clean, structured, and fun! Additionally, they accommodated for all our add ons and made sure our puppy didn’t feel down during this time. They gave him a nice bath and brush before we picked him up. Can’t thank all the amazing people here enough.

I have a Schnauzer that's about 15lb and a chihuahua. That's about 8to 10 lb. Maybe less, maybe eight and one short hair one's long hair and I acquired a price for both my dogs and they said it doesn't matter. It's all the same price and I don't think I should be charged the same price for two dogs that are different types of hair. Great location. Great people. The grooming people there are amazing talk to people. They were nice but something with the prices on how they do, what the dogs and the weight just doesn't make sense to me. Other groomers charge by the length of hair and the weight you know. So it's kind of like you're getting charged more in a way. I don't know I'm leaving a review. Hopefully people will see it and maybe fix it cuz I like the store

Clara is the best dog groomer! She’s incredibly friendly and easy to work with. She’s been grooming our dog Ace since he was just three months old, and he’s now five years old. Even though we’ve moved, we still go back to see her every month. We wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He absolutely loves seeing her. As a dog with severe anxiety, Clara is incredibly gentle and patient with him. We highly recommend her for all your grooming needs! We see her at our main location in Lakeview and also at the Gold Coast location. The staff is fantastic at both locations!

Started going to Pups Club just for grooming with Wendy (she’s the best).She makes my Poms look like show dogs!! Just started daycare with my 1 yr old pup. Devan and his team are so great with him! Maya, their trainer, was incredible!

Our dog has been getting groomed with Amanda for years. Now that he’s an old guy (15), he’s a little harder to deal with, but Amanda still does a fantastic job—and he loves her. It’s evident the team cares about the pups who get groomed here. I would 100% recommend Amanda :)
