Siren Dwarka has been coming to site for 3 years and is always a delight to work with. He is very self sufficient but also not afraid to ask questions. We have a confidential building and he always makes the effort to ask if there are certain areas he can not go in at certain times. It’s always a pleasure having him on site.

Excellent service, the Company is very quick on answering any query and sharing availability for the appointments.
Our technician, Suren, did an excellent work and moved through the office very quietly.

I am afraid although the service carried out was good this company had no decided to put on their Inspections 5 year EICR or change of tenancy. This means if you frequently change tenancies it is only valid as long as the tenancy runs which could be anything from 1 month to 5 years depending on how long your tenant stays. When I originally booked this in it states a 5 year never was it mentioned to me that it was anything else. Have asked them to change to reflect the five years even showing them that my Letting Agent accepts the change and they won’t do it. They claim the laws changed but did not provide any information to back this up and when I looked on the landlord website it did not state this. They said I was looking at outdated information.
We had our PAT testing carried out today at the dental practice, and the whole process went extremely well. Everything was smooth, efficient, and handled in a very professional manner.
A special shoutout to Mark for his excellent work, professionalism, and the time he took to make sure everything was completed thoroughly. It was a pleasure having him carry out the testing.

Had an EICR and some remedial works done by PTS Compliance and their service was absolutely fantastic. Lovely engineers, Louie and Paul, who were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend them for any electrical work you may need done.
