Very disappointing experience with Prox Cars Dubai.
The service was far below what was promised. There were unexpected charges, lack of clear communication, and overall very poor customer support. Transparency is a major issue — what you see on the website or during enquiry is not what you end up paying.
I also noticed concerning internal management issues that clearly affect the service quality delivered to customers. When a company cannot maintain proper staff relations or professional ethics, not paying salary to employees, breaking contracts,.treating employees as slaves, customer experience suffers — and it shows here.
For anyone considering renting from them, please be aware of the hidden charges and inconsistent service quality. I would strongly recommend choosing other well-established rental companies in Dubai.

Booked the GMC Yukon Elevation from Prox Jumeirah for a weekend getaway with friends in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I got in touch to when the SUV was delivered to my doorstep the service was fast and polite. The car itself was spacious super clean and felt like new. Interior was luxurious and everything worked perfectly. We drove it from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and the ride was smooth and strong even with a full car.
