Very knowledgeable, if the appliance service tech had listened as I explained what Elliot had said was causing the water leak, I probably would not be going through remediation of water damage now. He explains everything & answers questions so the ‘novice’ can understand.

Our (old) water heater started leaking late yesterday afternoon so we started calling places. We lucked into calling Pro the DISTANCE, and getting to speak to Kaitlyn. She was pleasant and helpful, even trying her hardest to find someone that could come last night. That didnt work out, but by 8 am, Elliot was here. He was personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He helped us understand the issues and possible solutions, as well as identifying an unrelated leak under our house. There were alot of additional things he did that he noticed needed attention. He stayed until everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are now the proud owners of a new water heater and a fixed drainage system. We are extremely satisfied and happy with the results!

Zach Reed was exceptional, more than any service call we have ever received. He arrived on time, and was very professional and kind. He quickly found the problem with the leak under our sink. It was a small rubber washer that had cracked, causing a leak. He ran to Lowe’s, purchased a set of washers, and returned immediately to replace it. Problem solved! He even left us a few extra rubber washers in case there was ever another leak.
He also checked our toilet and made an adjustment for why it sometimes ran too long after flushing.
This man was incredibly kind and helpful!! If possible, we would love to send him a gift card for the helpfulness he showed to us. Thank you! You definitely “ Pro the Distance.”
Had a great experience with Justin from Pro the Distance Plumbing. He did a great job explaining the problem and repair. Once complete he shared before and after photos. It was nice to have a caring plumber (who wasn't afraid to get into the very tight crawl space).
Jared did an excellent job. He diagnosed the problem, explained the remedy and performed a proper installation that corrected the issue.
