I needed help on a roofing project and my neighbor referred me to Pro Tech Improvements. My neighbor had spoken highly of the work he had completed by them. The work is high quality and Randy made everything a breeze. I am a very satisfied customer. I've already used them twice and I'll be using them again if needed in the future. In addition, financing options are available which made getting the work completed possible. Randy laid out options for me which was a relief to say the least. He's someone easy and patient to work with. Thanks so much Pro Tech Improvements!!!

Randy did my mom’s roof 15 years ago, as well as a couple of her neighbors, and has been kindly repairing my own slate shingles for years. He just replaced the entire roof with asphalt and we couldn’t be happier. He informed me that the damaged piece was called the gable capping. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work that was performed and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

There was a roof leak due to a rain storm recently. I called Pro Tech. Randy called back and set up an appointment. Randy was very professional and he spent time explaining the details. Another heavy rain event happened the next day, no leak and the problem got fixed. Thanks, Randy.

My experience was just like all the other 5 star reviews. Randy was a true, honest professional in all regards. He was upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and did not over price the job. He pointed out other issues seen in the attic and gave products and instructions on how to diy repairs, while diagnosing a leak in the roof. He also did one additional small fix for a second small leak by caulking on the roof without additional charge. I would recommend ProTech to anyone in the area!
