Dylan arrived on schedule to perform the semi-annual maintenance. He was polite and efficient in the process and finished quickly. Good explanation of what he did and found.
Nick came out today for our semi- annual maintenance. I have found him to be very professional and thorough. I watched him perform our service, and he does a great job, and has a great attitude. He is definitely the best tech that we’ve ever had.

Abel is an electrician with ProTech. He was extremely helpful. Great customer service. Pro-Tech’s quote was 1/3 of the price quoted by another flashy, big name company for the same work. By far the best prices!

I might raise my rating as time goes by, but for now...
The installation and technicians seemed great. Time will tell, but all appears to be working well the first night.
The salesman was well spoken and very helpful. However, I asked him several times to have the technicians text or call me upon arrival instead of knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. He assured me - even on the day of installation - that "it's all in the notes". You guessed it... the technicians knocked on my door and rang the doorbell. When I called the office, they said that there were no notes in their system. I'm not blaming the salesman for that. I was just disappointed that he didn't double check.
Finally, at the end of the installation, I was asked to sign my name on the technician's cell phone (hopefully it was a work phone) because their IPad wasn't working. There was no form or information on the signature page.
I called the office to express my concerns as I know the legal implications of signing your name for any business transaction. However, the woman in charge of the payment/billing department kept telling me that I had to sign my name so the technicians could leave and I could receive the invoice/receipt. The fact that it was a blank signature page didn't seem to matter to her, nor did my concerns as a consumer.
So, I asked her if she could email the form in it's entirety to me so I could sign, scan, and send it back to her, but she said no. I would have even been willing to drive to the office for that peace of mind, but she insisted that the technicians couldn't leave until I signed.
Finally, she escalated my concerns to a manager (who was very nice), but she could do nothing to help). In the meantime, my daughter came home from work. She was able to serve as a witness and she also read through the information with me on the technician's cell phone (which was in a separate attachment in small letters due to the phone).
I was dissatisfied with how the final stage of the process was handled, but at least for now the unit seems to be working well. I would encourage Pro Tech to try to put themselves in the consumer's shoes. This is only the second time I have ever been asked to sign a blank signature form.
