Been A ProTech customer for 25+ year and have always been satisfied with thier service. Our service rep, Kevin, is outstanding.
As being an Air conditioning tech in the field for 15 plus years and doing the job how I would treat my own appliances. Anyone that uses this company make sure you get a second opinion because my parents had this company out at their house on June 7 2026 and a sales person and service tech with thirty plus years experience as he quoted tried to diagnose a system that wasn’t fully operational as a failed txv, and that their system had black mold. The diagnoses was taken place without the condenser fan motor running and they tried to sell them a brand new system for 20,000 dollars. When I actually question their techs diagnostic skills he could not give me a straight answer back all he could do was stammer. They ended up getting a second company out there to come out and replace the capacitor and their system is cooling again perfectly. So please make sure that you aren’t getting scammed by this company. Please get a second opinion there are real techs out there and not just companies trying to sell you a system. A real tech would’ve caught that and made sure to get a repeat customer instead I am hoping their service manager puts his foot in some people’s behinds and cleans up house. They can do and should do better please stop making real HAVC Techs look like hacks because of your shady practices

It's 12:31 a.m. on Monday and we're cool again and happy! We had an issue with our A/C unit on a Sunday night (why can't it be at 10 am on a Tuesday?) After calling several other companies, Dylan from Pro-Tech came out and helped us out!!! We have little kids and it was important for us to get it back up and running asap. We appreciate the service and priority this company provided and Dylan was very friendly, professional and solved our issue. Highly recommend!

Ac wasn’t cooling well. Called at noon had someone out by 230pm same day. Cleaned the drain did a complete diagnostic and problem fixed. Cost was 00 due to extended warranty. Would definitely recommend.
