Joe and the Team at ProRv have completed 3 repairs for my wife and I over the last few years. The most recent repair was completed just before Christmas of ‘25, a few weeks ahead of schedule. The repairs were not only related to an insurance claim, but they also did some custom work for us, redoing the front clip of our Winnebago Tour including a headlight upgrade and adding exterior lighting. Joe himself has great relationships with the insurance adjusters, manufacturers and parts suppliers and employs some true craftsmen. It seems there is no job too big or small. Joe and the team at ProRv WENT BIG for us!

Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, offering exceptional service to address any questions, concerns, and repair needs efficiently. Joe was an awesome tech to work with explaining everything to me about the repairs on my rv due to an accident.

I called Joe and told him about the damage to the RV and he made the statement that "you found the right place", a bold statement that proved to be right in a number of ways. When I brought it to the shop, he gave me a straight forward estimate of the scope of work, cost and time it would take. Took delivery yesterday and the price was per the quote, took delivery two days earlier than promised, and it looked like it had never been in an accident. Joe can make that statement I mentioned earlier because he stands behind his work, and that made the check I wrote an easy one knowing I had received best value in all regards. These guys are good.
