My fiancé proposed to me at Mount Fuji, and I had absolutely no idea he had also hired a photographer — it was the most beautiful surprise. Lok captured the proposal perfectly and hid so well that I didn’t notice her at all until afterward! We ended up having two photoshoots, and both were amazing. Lok did an incredible job documenting the proposal moment so naturally and discreetly. For the second photoshoot, Rose was extremely detail-oriented, thorough, and creative, offering so many different poses and ideas. She guided us the entire time, tried different concepts, and made everything feel effortless. Rose was also so easygoing and fun to work with, with a very professional setup. During the second shoot I was wearing heels, and she was incredibly kind and patient — adjusting the pace so I could stay comfortable the whole time. She made us laugh so much, which resulted in the most natural, genuine smiles. The locations were absolutely stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to capture such an important moment in our lives. Highly recommend! ✨📸💍

Excellent service. Prompt timing and great advice as to helping us create the magic that we would treasure. Logistics were excellent and our photographer Rose definately hit it out of the park and made an otherwise daunting task an enjoyable one. She went above and beyond to help us select a great spot and was flexible in timing and location in capturing the best moments at the time for us. Definitely deserve the “ ninja “ service they advertise. Highly recommended to others.

The team did a wonderful job going above and beyond! We had a little mishap where my fiancée and I got on the wrong bus to our shoot, which made us almost exactly an hour late to where we were supposed to meet Rose. This only left us with 30 minutes to shoot at the initial location as the park was closing, but Rose saved the day by getting us through a speed run of the shoot, and then offering to take us to cute, nearby city to do a city shoot to make up for the lost time. Rose and Juan spent way more time with us than they needed to and gave us so many wonderful pictures to choose from. We also had such a fun time with them that we ended up getting dinner with them afterwards. Highly recommend the Proposal Ninja team :)

I am blown away by the final product and incredible images Rose and Dylan got for us. They stayed longer than originally booked and got so many different looks and locations and rose was so on top of everything when the WhatsApp group was created on telling me where to go and when to get the best photo possible. Small nitpick: mine was during a busy proposal season for them so the communication at some times was slower than what I would have liked but it all worked out

I had Rose as my photographer. She is very responsive and usually replies within minutes. She also drew stick figures on the proposal location to show the exact spot to stand. On the proposal day, she came to the location 30mins earlier to setup. She is very skilled in directing various shots, from landscapes to portraits, and made us feel comfortable which helped our expressions look natural. She is also a skilled photographer, as the pre-edited photos look vibrant and natural even on a cloudy day. I selected the stealth photography + mobile video options. Thank you Rose for making my proposal memorable.

The Proposal Ninja team was simply amazing for me! I had the dream of proposing to my girlfriend during our trip to Japan. But I had no idea on how to do it (when, where, etc..), nor did I know how to capture the moment. When I found out about Proposal Ninja, everything went smoothly! They gave me a lot of attention and a tailored approach on how to conduct my proposal., working with me for weeks prior to the trip. They gave me options on best places to propose, and helped me pick to right spot! They were flexible on dates, which was specially important, given I decided to propose at Mt Fuji, which is dependent on weather. They also helped me with props for the proposal, and not only the "regular stuff" (eg: champagne), but also things tailored to my story with my girlfriend, which I asked for their help to purchase in Japan. The photos and videos all looked amazing! And the post-proposal photo shooting was very fun. This was not only a photography service. They actually helped me plan and bring to life all the details of a very important and special moment in my life. All in all, truly a great experience and a awesome service! I was very skeptical at first since it’s a new company but the team is great, and very trustworthy. I had Rose as my photographer and she was super amazing. She was super nice and easy to talk to. The pictures that she took turned out amazing, she has a very creative vision when it came down to the pictures and spots. The communication is great leading up to the day of the proposal. And it adds on something extra special to the proposal itself. I definitely recommend if you’re wanting to propose in Japan and want to make the day special for your partner.

I have booked this session months away from the proposal and the whole team helped me to get the best moment to remember, helping me coordinate the place, the plan and then taking some amazing pictures ( even when the weather wasn't the best unfortunately) Rose and Fernanda also helped us to get the pictures edited on time even though there were some out of hands issues during the process ( AWS was off during several days making it difficult to upload and share the pics with us) I would definitely recommend it, specially for those who don't live in Japan which makes more complicated set up something memorable from so far!

my fiancé booked the session for a surprise engagement session and the entire process was amazing. Rose was genuinely the best to work with. She made sure we were comfortable & was such a joy to be around! There wasn’t any awkward silence in between sessions or anything !!
