I reached out to this company on February 2, 2025, requesting a callback/book an appointment to ask about their mortgage solicitation services and associated costs. It has now been five working days, and I have yet to receive any communication from them, whether by phone or email. I chose this firm based on their numerous positive reviews, but my experience has been disappointing. I am left wondering how they have accumulated 284 five-star reviews when my request has been completely ignored. I expected much better service.

The 2nd of February was a Sunday and in fact all our emails despite it being a Sunday were replied to.

We have checked our inbox and we have no emails from a VM. As your name is not stated in the Google review, it is more difficult for our IT team to double check on their end.

We have 283 5 star google reviews because of the hard work, passion and commitment that we have from our loyal and lovely clients.

We would kindly ask that you double check who it was you emailed as we did not receive an email from you. Kindly note that the 3rd of February was a bank holiday when all companies in Ireland were closed.
