Bad customer service experience
Called 12/10/24 to Scott Properties (314)542-0777, spoke with super agitated and not happy in the morning property manager Patti . Scott properties hired landscape contractor O’Hara to manage landscaping around business buildings on Borman Drive, 63146. Business buildings on Borman Dr. 63146 is 50-100 ft from condominiums on Casa Grande Dr, 63146. O’hara landscaping started to work at 6.30 am . It was a big truck with sucking hose for leafs and cutting grass equipment. Noise level was unbelievable loud. When I asked Patti if landscaping (she hired) with such a high level of noise could start around 8 am, Patti basically told me I can not do anything, she will not forward my complaint to supervisor, she really doesn’t care . And hang up. Please be aware of this very “ friendly “ attitude towards regular public people by Scott properties’s representative .
I can’t say enough about my interactions with Scott Properties. They have been extremely responsive with my every need. Jada has done a great job of guiding me through the moving in process. She is a pleasure to talk to! I don’t feel like just another renter. If you have a property that needs a good manager, Scott Properties is your answer. If you are looking for a rental, and it is listed with Scott Properties—you have hit the jackpot. A++++
We've rented with Scott Properties for almost 3 years and they've been professional, easy to deal with and quick to respond with any maintenance or any issues or questions. All of the staff have been wonderful and professional. We have loved living in our house we've rented with Scott Properties. I would recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Charleston or Columbia area.

The water heater in my unit failed. I was without hot water for a week after reporting the outage. I was able to get in touch with Gina at Scott Properties and she was able to get this problem resolved very quickly. Gina is a gem for sure, she worked very hard to get this resolved and I am very grateful for her efforts.
Scott Properties has responded very quickly to any issues that have occurred in the unit that I rent.
Scott Properties manages a rental property me and my wife own and from day 1 they have been courteous, professional, timely and you can tell they just care. They manage the property as its their own.
