Highly Recommend I had the pleasure of dealing the Mzwandile on my property inspection last week. He was professional, on time (in fact early) and very detailed. My report came back within 4 days. I also want to say the back end people are fantastic, everything is automated, so it is done in real time. From my initial request for a quote to the final report being done, was 1 week. I highly recommend using Property Inspect 4U for any property inspections.

Exceptional, Thorough, and Professional Home Inspection Service I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mzwandile from Property Inspection 4U, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Mzwandile demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. He conducted a remarkably thorough assessment of the entire property, leaving no stone unturned—from structural integrity and roofing to electrical, plumbing, and fine finishings. What impressed me most was how clear, practical, and detailed his findings were. He took the time to explain key findings, providing actionable insights that gave me complete clarity and confidence in prioritizing necessary maintenance and repairs. If you are looking for an inspector who is genuinely dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable, Mzwandile is the person to call. Outstanding work and exceptional value!

I would definitely suggest that people use them. The reports provide a lot of information and clear pictures of where areas of concern were found
