As being relatively new to Ireland and being first-time buyers, it was great to find Property Health Check, their staff are quick to respond, highly efficient and absolutely thorough in their reports. They have added piece of mind in to a section of an often long, confusing and difficult process. Our engineer was excellent, having given meticulous detail on all sorts of possible issues, and even phoned back the same day when asked to clarify some details for the report. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. I have subsequently used them again 6 years later for a second purchase and cannot fault them. Still an excellent service

First class service from Property Health check today. Eneged last week to inspect a property we have agreed to purchase. From first call with them I felt reassured they knew what they were doing. They engaged with the sales agent booked the inspection appointment and Informed me along the way of the progress. When the property was inspected I got a call from the surveyor who talked me through some of thefindings which was really helpful and today I received an incredibly comprehensive report on the property with photos and recommendations to substantiate all the findings. Could not give higher praise to a service!! Highly recommend

This is the third time I've used Property Health Check and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and efficicient. I was provided with a very competitive quote and my survey was scheduled and carried out within the week. The surveyor did an extremly thorough analysis and took on board all the additional information I provided in terms of upgrades carried out to the property. I received my assessment report promptly and am very satisfied with the findings.
