Very good service. The reception team rang me straight away after I emailed enquiring re property survey. The survey was done within a couple of days I got a call from the engineer the day of the survey and I had the report the following day. Very efficient, gave a comprehensive report and good customer service. Would highly recommend

I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with the service this company provided. The service was fast, hassle free, professional. Very good service with no delays. Slightly more expensive than other surveyors, however their quick availability, detail in the report and time it took to issue the report were the reason we went with them. On hand to answer any follow up questions and called immediately after the survey.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Property Health Check Ltd. for a pre-purchase house survey, and I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with their service. From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I contacted Property Health Check Ltd. they were incredibly responsive. I was called within the hour (on a Friday evening too). I got an email on the Monday morning to say my survey had been scheduled for the Tuesday.
David did my survey and called me straight after the survey. He took the time to explain the process to me and answered all of my questions, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the inspection. Their attention to detail was remarkable, as they carefully examined every nook and cranny of the property. I received my PDF report the next day on the Wednesday!
What truly set Property Health Check Ltd apart was their speed without compromising quality. Despite the speed, they didn't cut corners. The comprehensive report they provided after the survey was not only thorough but also easy to understand. It included detailed findings, photographs, and recommendations, which proved invaluable.
