James was professional and thorough. He was polite and helpful in explaining his findings and we had our full written report within 48hours.
This is our second time using PHCLtd and despite them being on the expensive side we can't recommend them highly enough.
One disappointment: there is an additional charge for a boundary survey, this had been included the first time we used them (10 yrs ago), the survey is expensive enough without having to pay for that, we had to opt out of it this time as the survey already cost double what we paid last time despite the loyalty discount of 10%.

Was worth every penny. Very thurough report and loved the fact that I was contacted by them while yhey were at the property. Any concerns I raised was considered in the report and excellent human customer service. You might think it is expensive, but have not had as good service from any other company and have used several. Thanks very much guys

Very happy with the detail provided by this survey. It identified potential issues, both serious and less concerning ones. It also provided recommendations for what can be done DIY and what needed professional attention. Our surveyor was particularly good at explaining his findings when we spoke on the phone.

Excellent service all around. Booking was quick and easy communication was great and very responsive.
On the day of the survey I was having some phone issues so the surveyor contacted me by text and email to give me the initial update and I had the full report within 2 days.

Very prompt and smooth service great communication gave a call to brief me on the report before I received it straight after the survey which gave me price of mind whilst waiting for the report to arrive which followed a couple of days later. Smooth professional service would definitely recommend
