Neil sourced and refurbished a small student hmo for me, the service he provided was great. Neil managed the whole process, which meant I didn’t even have to visit the property until it was almost ready for tenants. I would certainly recommend Property Elevates services to anyone who doesn’t want to spend lots of time doing viewings, pricing refurbishments and managing contractors. Thanks

We met Neil, about 5 years ago,when he worked for a major letting agent in Leeds. When we decided to update our student let in Leeds we contacted Neil who fully managed the process from specification and quotations to completing the project. A new kitchen and two new bathrooms have been installed. One bedroom was extended into a redundant space. The whole property was redecorated. The house now looks modern light and airy. We are very pleased with the service he provided it's well worth the management fee.

Neil came recommended and didn’t disappoint! He helped me land a great investment in Farsley, Leeds. Unlike a lot of agents/sourcers, he truly takes the time to understand your needs and works in your interests rather than his own. His knowledge goes far beyond areas and deal sheets, he is fully up to speed with building regs, planning and any other bits an investor wouldn’t know about, all of which he’ll happily talk you through as part of the service. Neil at Property Elevate did an excellent job for us in the project management on the refurbishment of our 6 bed student HMO, which included the installation of two new en-suite bathrooms, along with replastering, rewiring and re furnishing the house. Neil sourced all of the excellent contractors, and project managed the refurbishment The project was delivered on time (importantly ahead of the new academic year), and the property quickly let at a rent in line with Property Elevate’s guidance, at a 25% uplift – the property has also been let for the 25/26 year already.
