Fantastic and unobtrusive team for Dry Rot treatment. PCS were recommended to me by a friend who has used them a couple of times over the years. Everything from my initial contact with Lisa, Brian the surveyor and then Stefan and John who carried out the work. It was far less disruptive than anticipated and everything was completed to a very high standard. John even moved debris out of a window into the front garden and despite protecting wooden floors left no mess whatsoever. They were all a pleasure to have in my home and I would highly recommend for a reasonably priced and very professional service.

Honest hard working damp proofers The work was carried out in the estimated time and with care and attention so that it didn’t impact other parts of the house. The guys were hard working, polite, honest and left the area clean and dust free at the end of the job. The work itself was carried out as explained to us and has been done very well. Escape of water Detection and Replacement of Conservatory Floor In a word, exceptional. From the first phone call to arrange a survey, I felt confident I was in good hands and PCS did not disappoint. The whole project was completed with care and professionalism. Damp Proofing We needed a damp proof course in our cloakroom. The job was managed in an exemplary fashion - from Brian who made the initial report, to Lisa who sorted the booking and all the paperwork to the high quality workmanship of Joe and Steffon. It was a messy job but the guys took the utmost care to protect the sanitary ware, floor etc and to clean up afterwards. This is the second time PCS has helped us out and I would recommend them without hesitation
