Escape of water Detection and Replacement of Conservatory Floor In a word, exceptional. From the first phone call to arrange a survey, I felt confident I was in good hands and PCS did not disappoint. The whole project was completed with care and professionalism. Special mention to Lisa for organising everything so efficiently and to Joe and Stefan for their hard work, reliability, genuine courtesy and for making the process smooth and stress-free, and for taking the trouble to leave everything clean and tidy upon completion each day. Damp Proofing We needed a damp proof course in our cloakroom. The job was managed in an exemplary fashion - from Brian who made the initial report, to Lisa who sorted the booking and all the paperwork to the high quality workmanship of Joe and Steffon. It was a messy job but the guys took the utmost care to protect the sanitary ware, floor etc and to clean up afterwards. This is the second time PCS has helped us out and I would recommend them without hesitation

Water ingress and damp repair Very good experience, initial damp survey was professional and informative, received the report promptly afterwards and scheduled the repair job in straight away. PCS were very accommodating in terms of access, working days etc. The scale and source of the water ingress wasn't apparent when the initial survey was conducted however on the first day of works PCS completed a comprehensive tracing and repair of the ingress. Subsequently tanking and replastering. All work completed at a high standard. Clean, professional and friendly workmen, very good communication. Would definitely use again.

Kitchen damp investigated, addressed and skirting boards replaced I’d thoroughly recommend PCS for damp proof work. The whole experience from investigation, back-office updates and the work undertaken was exceptional. PCS were courteous, informative and very careful to minimise noise and disruption. The three walls impacted have been treated, re plastered and skirts replaced to a much higher standard than what was originally there. In particular the carpenter took time and care to resolve some challenging boxing in of pipe works which had previously been exposed. Many thanks to Steffon, Joe, John and Lisa.

Rising damp in an old Victorian cottage The PCS team was excellent, from the first survey through to completing the works. The guys onsite were experienced, professional, and very hard working. Damp in Victorian Terrace I can’t praise these guys enough. Having had several other contractors examine our issues PCS were the only people to get to the route of the problem, whilst other contractors seemed to only offer a quick fix band aid solution. Additionally, whilst doing the prescribed works several other contributing issues were identified and rectified. PCS went far beyond “just getting the job done” and were a pleasure to have around.

Damp in kitchen I live in an old property and was experiencing a damp issue. PCS assessed the issue and assured me that they could alleviate the damp. From when the job started to the finish, it has been seamless. The two operatives were on time, polite and so tidy. I almost forgot they were here. Anyway I now have no issues with damp and I would highly recommend PCS. I cannot fault them at all
