I came to see Jacqueline as both my ears were blocked. She was so lovely, cheerful and very professional. She fully explained the micro suction wax removal and was so careful and gentle when she was removing the wax. She also talked about the aftercare. It was so lovely to be able to hear clearly again. I would definitely recommend Jacqueline, I had a very positive and pain free experience!
