The most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a health professional. This person (“Dr” Olga Sánchez) was not only absolutely unprofessional in their medical conduct, but also rude and showed a completely unacceptable discriminatory attitude. Their behaviour was reproachable, disrespectful, and falls far below the standards expected in healthcare. Please avoid this medical centre, and specifically Olga Sánchez, for any medical appointment.

Thank you for your response. However, as you can read, my complaint was never about her not addressing my health concerns, that is a completely different matter, and in the first place she did not even demonstrate the professional capacity to address them.
My complaint is about her extremely rude behaviour towards me. In your reply, it seems you are implying that your doctors are entitled to mistreat patients simply because they arrive 7 (not 10) minutes late, even when an extended appointment was booked.
I will definitely escalate this matter, not only with the manager but also with the relevant authorities, as this person asked completely irrelevant questions about my visa type and migration status. This is not only inappropriate and unnecessary during a medical consultation, but also illegal. I was mistreated based on my background, which makes this a very serious case of discrimination.

However, we investigated and found today was your very first appointment, which you arrived 10 minutes late. You brought up multiple issues, and after about 14 minutes with the doctor, She explained that she would not have enough time to do a certain examination due to time constraints, which was caused by your late arrival. She offered you to book another appointment which obviously you didn't like it.
Running on time is essential for the doctors and we always encourage patients to arrive in time, especially for the first appointment, also to make a longer appointment when you have multiple issues.
Promed Family clinic is proud of providing excellent service to the community and doctors, to render their service independently.

We always want to improve our quality of service, and the patients satisfaction is our priority.
