Jack was very helpful in diagnosing and repairing the issue I had with my iPhone 14 Pro. I called and spoke to him over the phone, describing what had happened and the issues I was having with my phone, and he gave me a list of possible issues that could be wrong. He was also transparent about the potential costs of repairing the phone, which I appreciated. Jack set up an appointment time later in the day. I showed up to his office, which was located in a nice building, and he took a look at the phone, asked a few questions, and opened up my phone. He came across as professional, experienced, and knowledgeable about iPhone repair. Within several minutes of tinkering he diagnosed the issue and proposed the repair plan along with some costs. I was even able to add on a battery replacement. Jack told me how long it would take and is even able to contact you via text message about the status of your repair. When I received my phone it was working properly again and had a new battery! Jack even provided me with a new screen protector and iPhone case. I can’t recommend Jack enough at the iPhone Repair shop in Wendell! My iPhone’s back camera was acting up; the focus mechanism was shaking, though the camera motor was still enabled. Jack took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, detailing how all three lenses are a complete component and why a replacement was the only way to permanently fix the issue.
