My 18-year-old garage door cable broke over the weekend, and I contacted ProFix Garage Doors. A technician arrived within an hour, which was appreciated. After assessing the issue, he provided several recommendations without any pressure. I chose to proceed with the repairs to get everything back in good working order. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. The cables, rollers, springs, and sensors were replaced, and he also tuned up the opener and shared some maintenance tips. The work was completed efficiently, and the door now runs much smoother and quieter than before. Very satisfied with the service—would definitely recommend ProFix Garage Doors.

My garage door opener lost power and could not open so I am so happy I found PROFIX garage door repair. I sent a WhatsApp message and he replied in a few minutes. Came over next morning and advised me it is not worth fixing and recommended a new opener which I went to CT to buy, great quality price opener. Came by Friday morning and did the installation and cleaned up. Such a great job Sean did and really a super nice guy to speak with. I would highly recommend PROFIX for all your garage needs whether it is a new door install, repair springs or new opener, anything.....the install was 5 stars and professionally done. I called the company at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, and Sean was able to come by at 7:00 p.m. sharp. He was very professional and replaced the broken cable within half an hour. He also noticed an issue with the rail and fixed it as well. He didn’t leave until after 9:00 p.m., and he never once mentioned charging extra for the additional work. Of course, I paid him more than the original quote, because his service and kind heart truly warmed me up. Before leaving, he even used a torch to carefully check the garage floor, making sure no screws or parts were left behind that could damage our car tires. I strongly recommend this company — their pricing is very reasonable, and the service is outstanding.

My garage door cable was snapped and door was stuck. When I called the company I was given very fair quotation and same day service. Sean showed up on time within an hour at exact time. Sean was very professional and polite. He explained me all the issues with my garage door. Fixed the problem with high quality.
