I called Profix to repair the broken cable on our 75 yr old garage door. Sean arrived on time and after discussing the pros and cons, we finally decided to update the door and the lift. I had priced a replacement recently and Profix was absolutely competitive. Sean fixed the old door for free while we waited for the new door to come in. Sean really went the extra mile by calling us with a new flat finish that had just come in because he knew it was just what we wanted. Within a week everything was installed. Sean made sure we were set up with our new wireless system. I can’t speak highly enough about Sean and Profix: professional and honest.

Our garage door cables seized the other day. We placed an emergency call to PROFIX and Sean was able to come over in 2 hours to everything repaired. Sean was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He replaced the cables and installed new, sturdier brackets so that the problem wouldn't happen again. The entire job took a little under 2 hours and he also lubed all the garage door hinges for us. Thank you Sean! We appreciate the great job, and it was a pleasure to exchange personal stories from each of our backgrounds. :-)

We called them for a general maintenance as well as to help us with some issues with our existing remote not functioning. We were so impressed! They came out incredibly quick and we're super knowledgeable. They gave us some great tips about how to maintain our garage door and the service itself was quick. It is clear that they are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to this. Would highly recommend for anything needed when it comes to garage doors.
