I have now seen Professor PS twice and could not have been more impressed. His expertise is beyond doubt but he also manages to convey important information in a way that is both calming and easy to understand. He is also supported by an excellent team. Indeed, on my recent visit to the LSDC London clinic, his reception manager went out of her way to ensure i could have tests taken the same day.

Prof PS was wonderful to have as my urologist. After an abnormal finding on a whole-body screening, I knew immediately that I wanted Prof PS to review my case. My initial consultation took place over the Christmas period, and I was extremely fortunate that Simmon (PA) managed to schedule a last-minute appointment despite the holiday period. Thanks to this, I was able to see Prof PS promptly and had a follow-up MRI arranged within just 3–4 days, which was especially impressive given the time of year. I am very happy with the excellent service, efficiency, and level of care I received. I highly recommend Prof PS and the team.

Being diagnosed with Prostate Cancer isn't much fun, even when you're told it is low grade stage 2, and shouldn't cause you any problems. Finding out it is actually locally advanced stage 3, and has broken through the wall of your Prostate, to try and continue it's journey elsewhere, is distinctly unsettling! Luckily for me, I only found out the second part by getting myself referred to Prof PS, who removed the offending tumour for me. I cannot praise PS and his team, and the care I received from them, highly enough. He inspired confidence from the moment I first met him, and dealt with my cancer in a very matter of fact, down to earth way, putting me at ease throughout the whole experience. He also has a great sense of humour! If you are unfortunate enough to require the services of a Consultant Urological Surgeon, then he is, quite simply, the best, in my humble opinion.

It was a short but as excellent of an experience as one would hope for when receiving high PSA results. The secretarial team of Prof PS was extremely responsive, including after hours. Prof PS took the matter seriously and head on, without wasting any time. He was also clear in explaining various steps. It meant a lot that he was clearly looking for the best interest of his patient and to get ahead of any problem. 5 stars every step of the way.

I have to say that my overall experience has been excellent. I went into this procedure full of concern mainly due to the fact that I am still relatively young at age 51 and Prof Prasanna directed me towards the right procedure for my condition of an enlarged prostate. I have undergone an Aquablation procedure and the outcome and recovery has been good. Highly recommended!

The threat of cancer in any area is a huge fear but when one is in the hands of a Urologist like Professor PS, a certain amount of that anxiety is taken away. He is an amazing doctor and a wonderful man. When it was official that he was leaving the Cleveland and asked me if I wanted to continue having him as my Urologist I replied in the affirmative with no hesitation whatsoever. Its a weird thing to say that you look forward to your yearly appointment with a doctor, and when I'm waiting outside, there is always that element of anxiety dependant on results of blood tests, MRI's whatever, the fact remains that when he greets you in the corridor, with that smile, I know I could not be in better hands. Thank you Dr PS for your care in looking after me over the years. Now take a little time off! and go to SL. NR

I first met Professor PS via an internal colleague referral back in 2023. At the time, my medical history was very complex and unfortunately, it still is. From the very beginning he put me at ease. He was very charming gentleman, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. He arranged a number of diagnostic tests and recommended that I undergo a cystoscopy. A few years earlier, under a different consultant, I had a very painful experience with a cystoscopy, so naturally I was anxious. Professor PS reassured me and arranged for the procedure to be done under general anaesthetic. However, due to many other health issues occurring around that time, I never proceeded with it and didn’t return to see him. This was very much more to do with me. Two years on, I contacted his secretary again because I wanted to return to his care. I had always remembered his calm, professional, and empathetic nature. I learned that he had moved from his previous practice to where he is now. He reassured me that a cystoscopy would not be necessary this time, as technology had advanced and an MRI scan with contrast is now highly sensitive for detecting any prostate issues. I underwent several diagnostic tests, including a prostate MRI scan. I met him today for a follow up, and he has now referred me to a nephrologist, as my tests appear to be kidney related. Importantly, he has given me reassurance that there is nothing to worry about from a urology perspective. I would highly recommend Professor PS to my friends and family should they ever need to see a urologist. His qualifications speaks for themselves, but his patient care is truly second to none. Thank you very much for everything you’ve done, Professor PS. Wishing you all the very best and I look forward to seeing you again in a year’s time for monitoring purposes.

Prof PS carried out a Retzius Sparing Robotic Prostatectomy on the 1st Nov at the Cromwell Hospital, London. The surgery went very well and recovery is going better than expected. My experience with Prof PS & his team were excellent from start to finish. Pre op video calls with him were very beneficial and he explained everything about the procedure and beyond in detail. I did a considerable amount of investigation about pros & cons of surgery v treatment and decided surgery was the better option for me. After days of looking at who’s who in this specialist area of surgery, Prof PS’s name kept coming up as a preferred choice (in both public & healthcare domain). After my first video call with him, I felt comfortable and very positive about his professionalism and experience & agreed with the surgery. I would like to thank him & his team, especially Simone & Tonee, for their support throughout this time.

I have been in Prof PS's care for almost five years and have always found him to be thorough, compassionate and a true professional. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why, clearly in terms I can understand rather than using complex medical phrases. He's always prepared for an appointment, having reviewed his notes of previous appointments. I've never needed to remind him of anything. I highly recommend him and have sent members of my own family to see him too.
