Cześc dziewczyny. Zapracowane,zestresowane, cierpiące na chroniczny brak czasu Mamusie.Chciałabym opowiedzieć wam o tym, jak znalazlam sie w Proactivlife oraz kim tak naprwdę jest Malgorzata Bylinska-Kobus. Jak w wielu sprawach w naszym życiu, zdecydował o tym zupełny przypadek - post na facebooku. Moment mojego życia, jednoznacznie wskazywał ,,NIE,, Dwoje małych dzieci 1 i 5 lat, dom i cały bałagan z nim związany, maluch budzący się w nocy i nie mający absolutnie żadnego rytmu dobowego.Partner, którego właściwie nie ma (praca w transporcie) i ciągły brak czasu. Ogromne wątpliwości czy dam sobie radę, ale w zasadzie nie miałam wielkich możliwości. Praca na etat? No way!
Muszę tu podkreślić, że przy podjęciu decyzji w dużym stopniu pomogła mi Gosia.Rozwiała wszelkie moje wątpliwości - Serio!bez żadnego doświadczenia w sektorze finansowym, można zostać świetnym doradcą.Dzięki jej wsparciu uwierzyłam że dam rade, i coś co na początku wydawało sie mega wyzwaniem, okazało się nie takie trudne.Szkolenia 2 razy w tygodniu,ale zawsze wieczorami,kiedy położyłam dzieci i miałam ,,okienko,,przed pierwszą pobudką.Fakt,nauka póżnymi wieczorami,czasem nocami, ale jak się chce to naprwade można. Gosia, ktora zawsze...dosłownie zawsze była i jest dostępna do pomocy. 24:00? Dzwoń, pytaj :-) Obecnie Gosia jest moja mentorką i wciąż pomaga mi przy rekomendacjach.Ogromna cierpliwość z jej strony (choc sama ma dwójke maluchów) w odpowiadaniu miliony razy na te same pytania.Pełen podziw dla niej z mojej strony, że ogarnia to wszystko.Ma pod opieką wiele osób, dla każdego zawsze znajduje czas.Wyjaśnia, tłumaczy,pomaga w każdej najdrobniejszej sprawie.Nigdy nie odczułam, że zajmuje jej zbyt wiele czasu, lub że zadaje głupie pytania( a było ich pewnie sporo) Mimo tak wielu obowiązków, sama przez cały czas sie szkoli i zdobywa kolejne szczeble wiedzy,aby jeszcze lepiej wspierać swoich podopiecznych.Nie pozwala przy tym, aby ktokolwiek w jej zespole się poddał. Bywają chwile zwątpienia typu ,, Ja sie do tego nie nadaję,,
Gosia zawsze wie kiedy i jak kopnąć w przysłowiowy tyłek,pomóc zebrac siły i ruszyć do przodu ,,Możesz wszystko,tylko od Ciebie zależy w którtym miejscu będziesz za pół roku,rok...działaj,,
Osobiście łączę pracę na part time z opieką nad dziećmi. Często brakuje mi czasu,ale zawsze mogę liczyć na pomoc przede wszystkim Gosi,ale również innych osób w firmie Natalia, Julita, Piotr.Ogromne podziękowania dla całego teamu, że mogę z wami współpracować ;-)

One of the greatest thing is that you can be flexible so it allows you to do whatever you love and when you feel like working more then you can pick up “extra” hours anytime since you’re the boss. They analyse everything with you and they’re next to you when you need them.
The bond that I have with my mentor Gosia is unique. She always has time for me to discuss my concerns. I’m grateful for that because I’m aware how challenging it could be to find a couple of minutes for a conversation during the weekdays. Since I work full time I always seek Gosia’s help in the afternoons and she is always there for me. Any time during the week you can count on her. Great person, mentor and above leader.
I started my training with Professional Adviser Academy in March 2019, without any financial background, I just had the interest to learn about it for years. Well my training was intensive, but from the beginning I had my mentor to help me with all of my questions, and not just her, all of the people in the Academy were very helpful with every single situation what I had.. So you feel all the time you have a good team behind you who are helping all the time even with cases or just explaining everything. They make sure all the advisers are fully confident in every situation after the training. Before I started my work in financial services, I worked in Tesco. It was 2014 when I made the decision that I want to have a more professional job. Since then, I’m not looking back. In the beginning, I was a protection adviser, then I have passed the Chartered Institute of Insurance Exams, and I became a Mortgage Broker in September 2014. I have enjoyed my work, and I have built my clients bank by gaining their trust and credibility. Excellent results allowed me to grow even bigger and go up on a career ladder. Today I'm a Managing Director in Financial Expert Mortgages, so I’m responsible for a strategic company growth. I still do advise my clients but also I'm mentoring others on how to become a successful mortgage advisor.
