We originally called this company because our plumbing was completely backed up and not even snaking the lines was clearing the problem. They arrived within 30 minutes, unclogged everything, and got our system running again right away. We were so impressed with their fast and professional service that we decided to hire them to reline our old cast iron pipes.
During the relining process, they kept us updated with videos showing the work being done, which gave us total peace of mind. Within just two days, the job was completed and our pipes looked brand new. The difference was unbelievable. The communication and service were excellent from start to finish, and they kept us informed every step of the way. I’ve attached some before and after pictures of our cast iron pipes relined to PVC so you can see the amazing results for yourself. We could not be happier and will be recommending them to everyone.

PTR Plumbing communicated well. And were very professional. We ae getting an estimate on repiping the entire house, we will see how they compare to the other two plumbing companies we have coming out.
Wewent with PTR and they were AMAZING. Yosdel and the other 4 plumbers were very polite and considerite. They did a Great job and they even cleaned up after themselves PLUS didn't go home until the job was done (which happened to be 9:30 PM)
Can not recommend them HIGH enough!!!!! Would definitely use again.
In addition Shane and Dee are AWESOME!!!! They make sure everything is done right.
