After experiencing a leak in our new home, my husband and I were in need of a quick fix. We contacted Pro Roofers and received an inspection from Rafael the next day. He provided us with a reasonable quote and was ready to work. Due to a flood in our basement we had to postpone the roofing work by 2 weeks. We needed to replace our roof urgently, luckily we found Pro Roofers GC. Usually I say I'm going to get quotes from a few people, and I never do because it's so hard to get people to come out for quotes right now. But this time I did, and after 3 rounds of quotes, I went with Pro Roofers GC because I knew they were being honest with me.
Rafael and team are amazing, I mean it. They showed up when they said they would, that's a big thing these days. Some contractors tell you they start at a certain time, and almost never show up at that time. Rafael and his crew were early everyday and they got the work done efficiently. We're very happy with our new roof and we'll definitely reach out to them again for future projects.
I would highly recommend Pro Roofers, GC. They helped me in a difficult time in coordinating a roof replacement while I was in FL. The owner and office manager understood my needs and worked with me to accomplish the final outcome. They provide the service they say they are going to do. Pro Roofers provided quality and fast work, with friendly service. We were very happy with how they worked and the warranty they provide, both for the shingles and their labor. It's rare I write a review, because I write all day for a living and by the time it comes to rave (or rant) about a company, I really don't have that much energy left.
These guys deserve all the energy I can muster to **rave** about them. I hired them to tear off and replace a very old, leaky roof on a house I just bought. It's a large roof. I got quotes from other companies, and this one came in right in the middle. Rafael, the owner, promised me he'd get it done in 3 days. It was done in two. The crew members were all polite and respectful and just generally great people (I asked one of them about a particular drill bit I was using for something else and he gave me some helpful advice) (another guy, Ron, was super patient and fantastic about answering all my questions before work even got started).
The roof looks terrific. Rafael made suggestions to make it better, and he really went above and beyond in ensuring I got the best bang for my buck.
I also hired them to redo my unfinished basement. "Unfinished" is an understatement. It looked like a scene out of the movie Saw. I'm fairly certain there were dead bodies buried in the walls. I'd walk down there and it was so dirty, dusty, rotting, moldy, smelly... it was repulsive and gave me such anxiety to even look at. Rafael suggested we remake (parge) the walls with concrete, paint them with DryLok to prevent water coming in (it's a very old house), and smooth out the old cement floor, fill in the cracks, and epoxy. While work was in progress, he suggested instead of epoxying the floor, that we tile it. I wasn't sure but I went with it, and I am SO glad I did. The basement looks terrific. It's like a magic basement fairy came in and waved a magic wand and turned my basement into this beautiful space that I actually want to be in. I couldn't be happier with it.
Now, this is less important, but still important to me - Rafael showed up every day with a great big smile on his face, updated me with the prior day's progress and the current day's plan. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and I was so grateful for that.
As a new homeowner, it's hard to know who to trust. You feel like everyone is ripping you off, or, at least, I do. I had some really shady people come for estimates and often found myself frowning or even shuddering as they left.
From the beginning and straight through the very end, I trusted Rafael. I continue to trust him. He is an honest, professional man with a whole lot of integrity, and I am really looking forward to working with him on my next projects. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Seriously, if you need anything done on your house, this is the best professional for the job!
