The online system is not clear how to cancell and rebook an appt. So I just booked another appt, then emailed the company immediately, asking me for a refund. This has gone on non now for over 2 weeks. After chasing yesterday. Today I had an email stating it could take another 10 days for the refund to appear into the acc. This is a ridiculous amount of time and needs to be prioritised, as it is very poor customer service to have to chase and still have to wait for more days and keep remembering to check the acc on a daily basis. So a warning do not ever incorrectly book the wrong date as you will have a nightmare getting your money back!!!

Hospitable staff. Smiles and greetings when i arrived at one welbeck specifically staff named Khalid and Judy on ground floor. I had consultation with Dr.george I would say he is extremely knowledgeable doctor. All I want to say nice place to have treatment. Thank you OneWelbeck

Was looking for a private procedure. All other establishments had long waits of months.
DrJoe at Private GP Clinic spoke to me personally on the Monday, was very helpful and reassuring and clear, procedure on the Wednesday.
He made me feel very comfortable and was professional and humurous.
He ensured I got good follow up support and gave me his direct mobile if I had any issues.
Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment for an issue I was having with abdominal and groin pains and general uncomfortableness in those areas, Dr. Joe Mcgilligan who saw me was very quick to figure out what was causing the issue and went into great detail on ways to help alleviate the problem, he was very helpful, kind and I highly recommend him and the practice.
