Dr Cassie Snadden is an outstanding doctor. Whenever I’ve seen her, she displays all the qualities a patient needs: she listens carefully and with patience to your symptoms and concerns, displays great empathy and kindness and has brilliant diagnostic skills. Due to her wealth of knowledge and experience, she has always given me excellent advice and treatment and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks also go to the excellent reception and administrative staff at the Clinic. A first class experience all round!

We had a fantastic and very re-assuring baby ultrasound scan with Gurjit Rai-Tidbury. We were seen promptly and were met by professional staff on reception. The sonographer, Gurjit, was incredibly informative, took the time to answer all of our questions and really put our minds at ease that all was ok and growing well with baby. We would strongly recommend her, thanks Gurjit!

LOW QUALITY HEALTH SERVICE! On 7th of May, my daughter and I had a scheduled appointment with the private GP at 11:50 AM. However, despite arriving promptly, we were kept waiting for an unreasonably long time and were not seen until 12:30 PM. This prolonged wait time, especially with a sick child, is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of care one would expect from a private clinic. After waiting more than 35 minutes, our designated gp was still busy, so our private GP appointment was done by a nurse. To pay privately £105 for a GP appointment, wait fro more than 35 minutes to be seen, in the and by a nurse. One star is too much. Very disappointed, will never go there ever again!

I saw Dr Verma who examined my damaged skin and explained everything very clearly. I am very pleased with the appointment.

Well worth the money and I felt like I was actually being listened to. Very helpful and honest service.
