Reece from pristine water systems Gympie, is awesome, I've been very happy with the 3 filter and UV light system for the past year, and when it was time to install new filters and UV light for another year the team sent a message, arranged a date and time and promptly completed the task. Written report of water clarity, ph level etc. very happy, highly recommend.
Shaun and team have been fantastic. Great communication and explanation of what needs doing after we became new owners of a house with water tanks. Always happy to help with questions and would highly recommend.

Have been using Pristine water for at least 6 years. Always helpful and does a fantastic job of keeping our tank fresh and clean. Never overdoes things that are not needed. Highly recommend Shaun and his team.

We recently purchased a small off-grid farm with rainwater tanks and responded to a Facebook ad for Pristine Water.
Shaun came out and completed a thorough audit of our entire setup, identifying several issues and clearly explaining the remedial work required. A few days later, he returned to clean and sanitise the tanks, install first-flush diverters and leaf catchers, and fit a whole-house three-stage filtration system.
Our water is now truly pristine, and we no longer need to buy drinking water. We highly recommend Shaun and the team at Pristine Water.
