They were timely, polite and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose an intermittent problem with our furnace and put in a new control board and get us fixed. Would recommend to others and will use them again!

The technician was experienced and nice, but even if he was paid $50/hr, my total should have been no more than $150 before tax for the 20 minutes of work and the hour it took home to get there with $20 for gas, $5 to charge the vacuum battery, and a decent $50 profit. I feel 230 was overpriced. Other than the charge, no complaints.

Alex was very professional. I liked that he let me know he was on his way. He explained what could be done now with central air problem & we discussed options for replacement next year & rough estimate of cost. I will be contacting Primo to have furnace checked over before winter. Great experience working with Alex.

I would like to say it was amazing but due to poor communication and follow through i have to say they could do better. Repair work was fine but communication and timeliness were non existent.
