If i could leave a 0 star review for this- I would. I never leave reviews like this but I can't help but feel it is necessary.
Before I add my complaint- I would like to add that instructors were brilliant and excellent with my sister in law who has Down Syndrome, which I appreciate is not an easy ski lesson. She succeeded from playing bambi actually being hope to down the green slopes! So thankyou! She loved it!
However, I've been let down by the admin from this company, which has now cost me £400!!. A week before our holiday, the company got in touch (through ski bro) to say the instructor had an injury and our sessions need to change.
My only option was a 4hr lesson on the last day. I would usually accept this but for a woman with Down Syndrome, she just wasn't going to make it through the full 4 hrs, due to health complications. I explained this but was surprised to receive no reply. It came to a few days before our holiday with still no reply. I looked on ski bro and prime ski had lessons available for earlier in the week, at a shorter session too- I asked about this. But still no reply.
I had no option to cancel the lessons and rebook last minute. The website said that a refund of about £400 would be heading my way.
I was really patient as I appreciated it was peak season and waited a month before I started getting worried. Anyway, it is now 4 months later, and the company ignore my emails. They ignore my calls, which I find to be plain rude. And I still have not received my refund.
So instead of paying £400 for the initial lessons, I paid £400 for the old lessons plus £300 for the lessons I had to rebook.
I am really disappointed with this service and recommend anyone to book elsewhere as they seem to just take money and ignore all attempts of contact. Really surprised that this is such a big company with clearly no consideration for the customers (exempt from the instructors).
