They were referred to us by Neighborhood Serve and Family who we have used in the past and do an exceptional job in referring top companies. Both cpmpanies exceeded all expectations. I worked with Brandon who was EXCEPTIONAL. He was extremely professional and extremley knowledgeable in his area of expertise. If you are looking for a great plumbing company with great people and very reasonable in cost, Prime plumbing is your company. They exceed an exceptional company rating. I do want to provide a little additional context for anyone reading. While the main service was a garbage disposal installation, the work also included installing a customer-supplied faucet and bidet, disconnecting and reconnecting the disposal, and rebuilding the drainage under the sink with a new P-trap and disposal tee. We also ensured everything was properly fitted, sealed, tested, and functioning correctly and safely.

Our pricing reflects the full scope of work performed, the quality of installation, and the warranty we stand behind — not just a single item. We always aim to provide solutions that last, not quick fixes.

That said, your feedback matters to us. If anything about the service or pricing still feels off, I’d absolutely welcome the opportunity to connect and make sure everything was handled the right way for you.

I had a typical how problem where it made sense how previous owners and repairmen had pieced together the house, but I had a problem getting a drain to work correctly with the new sink we wanted and I didn't want to mess with it. I got on the schedule. Tara made it very easy, and Brandon came out to do the repair. He did a good job on all accounts: easy to talk to, answered all my questions, did a perfect repair, and then cleaned up. I'll definitely be coming back for my plumbing needs. Thanks Brandon.
