The level of service was excellent. The price was not. $320 to change a simple check valve. That is a 5 minutes job. Only paid because home buyers insisted it be a contractor. The tech was great and did a good job.

We recently had a leak under one of our bathroom sinks and Prime Plumbing, despite the last-minute request, was able to accommodate us. Jackson was incredibly friendly and I felt comfortable having him in our home. Highly recommend!

I received some of the best customer service that I have had in a long time.
I received a call, text and email from Prime Plumming informing me of when the tech would come to my home. The day of the repair, I received a text/email with a picture of the technician and the time that he would arrive.
Once he arrived, the assessment was quick and he had the necessary equipment/part in his possession which made him get the repair completed faster. The repair was not a huge job and the job was completed within an hour .

After being quoted $6k+ for a new water heater and a few other minor repairs from a well known plumbing company, I reached out to Prime for a second quote. They came in at about half the cost for the same scope - while still providing quality service. I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone!
