I am not happy with the service at all,yes its quite expensive which I don't mind for a good job,but the service I received is shocking vehicle comes back far too late and a bad job,usually jobs have not been done at all ,really not impressed and will not be using them again

Hi Ian, i'm so sorry you feel this way, as i suggested yesterday, i think its important you speak to my service manager. I understand you tried but he was at lunch. I very much lament the fact you have sent in this review without first speaking to him first. I find that knee jerk reactions are not always the most sensible one. As you know from your business, sometimes things don't work out as you planned and i feel you would be gutted if after your hard work your clients wouldn't even appreciate the work that you have done. Either way my door is always open to discuss further, and if I can personally get involved I will.
Prime Auto were able to give my car a diagnostic on the same day, repairing the fanbelt. After a full quote I went through with the full service, with my car being ready in less than 24 hours since taking it in. Extremely understanding staff and full transparency on cost. Cannot recommend enough and will certainly be using their service when next needed!

The best car dealer in Gibraltar. Since day one they offered me the best after sale service trying to help everytime always with a smile. All the staff very helpfull and wishing to help good explanation of works done and it should be impossible to mention all the help received from all of them. Highly recommended.

I had noises coming from my engine that were getting worse. Prime Auto was recommended to me and im do glad i took my car there. A fast and efficient service and now my car is running smoothly! The staff are friendly, helpful and honest. I will definitely use them again! Thanks 😊

We called Prime Auto when our family car developed a fault and were told to bring it in straight away. During diagnostics we were contacted, explained the fault and asked permission to proceed with the works. By the following day our car was fully repaired, and at an extremely reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.

I have received from them a lot of help when I bought my new car and when I had any issue under warranty. Apart of that they also have me good service with my doughter's car providing me reasonable quote and making the repair etc... Very nice staff and always trying to help including owner who is always aware to help alwaysall he can. 5 star service

worst garage I have ever been too scratched my car twice and said it was not their problem as there was other scratches on the car. then they fix the suspension for £1000 2 weeks later my suspension is broken again very bad service when asked why this happen they said they didnt know they could fix it again for another £1000 I dont think so joke of garage joke of a mechanic
