It was the first time I went to Prima Donna's, which was to celebrate my sisters and mums birthday.
The food was fantastic and so was the service. I'd recommend booking a reservation because on the day I went there, it was quiet to start off with, but after a while it got quite busy.
If you're celebrating a special event do consider putting this restaurant on your bucket list.
A disappointing experience for us unfortunately.
Staters arrived in 5 minutes of ordering which is ok tasted good then the mains arrived I had a veal melinese it was the size of my hand I asked them what’s this they gave me another one which I appreciated but (surely u would serve a bigger portion)the pasta was absolutely tasteless worst Iv ever tasted no salt no flavour my partner thought hers was ok she had chicken supreme in a very thick creamy sauce with mash and again tasteless veg.
They didn’t pour the wine not once even offered a top up the desert was average the lady in charge or owner was very friendly I’ll say that but all in all disappointing experience.
We have been going to PD for years
Today was very disappointing we ordered a bottle of wine with the owner and placed our food order then people arrived on the next table their drinks came we still waiting for our wine nothing so we call the manager please may we have our wine we ordered oh have you ordered she speaks to the owner and she comes over with the wine then the table next to us are served there starters we still waiting and waiting turns out the owner forgot to put our order through he apologies says oh these things happen to the best of us ha ha then we try to order coffee he turns his back before we can finish the sentence comes back with the bill not impressed at all
We often come here to celebrate our special occasions, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciate the kids’ menu, which offers a great variety of options for little ones. It’s become one of our favorite places for family celebrations ❤️
Great experience. We had the Christmas set lunch menu and the quality of food was amazing. The main food options that we had, full Xmas dinner and steak were both beautiful, the meat tender and succulent.
We came to celebrate my mother’s 100th birthday and we were met with such kindness, on top of the usual exemplary service. They truly made an already incredible day even more special, singing to her and bringing her dessert out with a candle to blow out too.
