We’ve never had a cleaning service before, so we weren’t totally sure what to expect. It was supposed to be a little treat for ourselves—but honestly, it went sideways fast.
The cleaner said something like, “We’ll clean your house, and if we miss anything, we’ll just go over it with you at the end.” And since we’ve never done this before, I thought, Cool, maybe if there’s something extra, I want done or something small got overlooked, they’ll take care of it. But what it really felt like was, “We’re gonna do a half-done job and if you happen to catch it, we’ll fix it—otherwise, oh well.”
There were so many things missed. Like yeah, the mirror looked spotless… until I touched the top and it was dusty. Same with the shower—looked great until you ran your finger along the top edge. But it wasn’t just high-up stuff. There were bug guts on the wall, dirty handprints at eye level, and dusty baseboards. Just really basic things that shouldn’t be skipped because it was on the service agreement!!
I texted the owner, Jen, and she basically said, “Well, we offered to go over it with you but you refused.” And I’m like, yeah—I was already frustrated, and your team clearly didn't know what they were doing if you're the "professional" and I have to point out your mistakes? If I have to walk around pointing out all your mistakes, I might as well have just done it myself. And if I had pointed out everything they missed, they would have been there the whole day.
Attached are a few of the basic items that were overlooked. The service agreement feels like an empty promise—they listed a number of tasks that were either not done at all or done poorly. The cleaning team even told me they "spot clean only" and only address areas that look dirty to them. If something doesn’t appear dirty, they don’t clean it unless specifically asked.
One particularly surprising example: the living room TV wasn't cleaned. When I reached out to Jen, she responded that "TV screens are not cleaned as they are sensitive electronics." That’s odd, considering all the monitors and TVs upstairs were spotless. Thinking back, I’m actually noticing some issues with a few of my electronics now, so I may need to file a claim.

First, it is true that you contacted the office during the clean that you were unsure about some elements of the clean. Right away, we spoke with the cleaner that was on-site and asked them to address your concerns and to also check in with you prior to leaving to ensure that you were 100% satisfied. You refused to cooperate on this - which is totally your prerogative. After they left, you then contacted the office again stating that you were upset about the missed areas, but you did not want to do a final walkthrough with the cleaner, which per your review you were initially okay to do. Despite this, we offered to either provide with you with a discount or send a cleaner out the very next day. To this you said, you were not really sure and you wanted to check with your wife and that you would let us know. A few hours after this, you left this bad review and we never received a call back from you. We reached out again to see if there was anything we could do to bring the job to your satisfaction but you were non-responsive.
We are 100% committed to ensuring that every job is done to the client's satisfaction. If you are unwilling to communicate, accept a re-clean, or even a partial refund, our hands are somewhat tied. We are here to assist as needed and hope that everything improves on your end.

Frauds. They charged me $287 for 4 hours of cleaning. What I actually received was 3 hours of cleaning, and it wasn't even clean. They used a dirty rag on a Swiffer to "mop" the house, didn't clean the laundry room, didn't dust the ceiling fans, and overall just did a very poor job. I've hired many cleaners before and this company is by far the worst.
When emailing with Jennifer to address the fact that I was overcharged for services I did not receive and requested a partial refund, her responses were robotic, and she did not actually respond to any of my requests or complaints.
Beware of this company and its unethical business practices.
As a realtor who takes pride in his work, it's important that I have the best possible vendors to recommend to my clients for any of their needs in preparing their homes for sale. Jennifer and her team take so much pride in their work, making sure everything is absolutely perfect.
On top of doing everything to make sure their job is done to perfection, Jennifer also provided help in other things that needed to be done for my clients, at no extra charge, to help us make sure the house was ready in time for the listing date.
Jennifer is always professional and friendly, as well as her team. They are always great to work with.
I will continue to recommend them to my clients, and anyone who needs an amazing house cleaning experience should schedule an appointment with them.
