One of the worst HVAC experiences I’ve had. Adriel Champagnie was the tech. I’m the tenant. The owner scheduled appointment. He was supposed to come Saturday, finally called 9pm Saturday and said he wouldn't make it so came Sunday instead. When he was there, he texted asking where the indoor unit was and I said I wasn’t sure. It was in the notes that the units were on the roof and he’d already mentioned that so I knew he knew about that. I texted again 20 mins later if he’d fixed the heat, and he said he left and would only come back if owner or I was there to show him where the units were. So now I’m without heat for yet another day, because the tech couldn’t be bothered to read the notes, call the owner, look around for the units for a few minutes, or even tell me that if I didn’t tell him where they are then he was leaving. Turns out there are no indoor units and the unit is on the roof as he ALREADY KNEW AND WAS IN THE NOTES.

The new blower unit was defective and could not be installed. That is disappointing but we’re happy that Larry discovered the problem. Hopefully tomorrow will work out better.

Update December 2022. Presidential continues to provide professional customer service and trained tech support to keep my system running smoothly..
Oct 2023 - continued good customer service from management and office staff. Want to send a note that service technician Juan Albisu performed the winter season maintenance and associated extras humidifier, trap clean, i-wave purifier inspection, with extraordinary efficiency and personality.
May 2024 great communication with customer service as I had a last minute change in my work schedule in April. Juan performed today's coil cleaning and AC checkup with professionalism, speed and friendliness. I greatly appreciate the continuity of service.
December 2025: Presidential continues to provide superb customer service and relationship management AND the service techs have always been first-rate, well trained and efficient in their work.
Exceeded all my expectations- Presidential performed five star on every measure- most importantly they installed a new system to perfection- especially compared to the company I previously used. They did things I didn’t have to ask for - and they were most careful and respectful of my building and of my home. They were highly professional in every aspect as well as on time snd very tidy. The company was great to deal with and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will recommend them highly to friends and family.
Walter was great! Friendly and efficient and knowledgeable.

We had a horrible experience with Presidential. Despite being long time customers they scheduled us for an appointment and never arrived. The appointment was for 7-9am on a Saturday.. We got up and were ready at 7 but by 9am we called and were told the repair person was running behind. We called again and were told a part was being picked up and then someone would come. We called again around 11 and they said they would check and see what was wrong. At 11:15 we got a text from a repair person that he was on his way. He never came. Several hours later that day they admitted that no one was coming. There was a scheduling mistake. No explanation of why they strung us along all day.
I do not recommend Presidential Heating, Inc.
