I felt overwhelmed and anxious when I made my decision to take my TSP to Gold/Silver, but after our discussion with Ryan, he made us feel super comfortable and solid on what we had decided to commit to for our Gold/Silver purchases. Not once did we feel pressured. Everything was explained in full. I highly recommend giving them a call, even if it's for a discussion to see what Gold/Silver purchasing is all about. I should have done this sooner.

I highly recommend Preserve Gold if you are interested in investing in precious metals. I enjoyed working with Ken John and Amanda Wilson throughout the process. Ken offered a wealth of knowledge and answered any and all questions that I threw at him. Ken's knowledge was paramount in helping me better understand and become comfortable with my decision to move an old 401K into precious metals. There are a number of options out there if you are interested in investing in precious metals, but none will likely offer the knowledge, transparency and customer care that you will get from Preserve Gold. Highly recommended!

Misleading promises cost me dearly The sales process felt like a bait-and-switch situation. I was told I could sell back to them, but after nine months, they won’t buy as promised. Instead, they suggested selling to another firm or holding. This delay has resulted in a net loss of $11,000. The sales agent avoids my calls, and now I’ll only break even if gold hits $5,000 an ounce. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. Beware before dealing with this firm.

Ken ** is the man for this job. He seems to have a trustful soul that is the reason I chose him to do business with whereas others are driven by greed. I felt comfortable with Ken. I mentioned to him that we would do business in the future and as it turned out, we did $1 million deal. I trusted his judgment, seems to me he was spot on. I’m not trying to flatter this man, just the facts if I had another million dollars I would still do more business within.
