Working with Preserve Gold was my family's second experience in investing in metals and first experience utilizing and IRA for this purpose. We worked with Oliver Moseby and Tanner Brooks, who provided superior education and recommendations on how to maximize profit for our investment. The process was thorough, well planned, and very easy for us as the client. The value represented was also excellent. It was important for us to invest with a company and advior that shares our Christian faith, and it was evident that Oliver and Tanner had that strong Christian in the process and professionalism he presented. Everyone we worked with at all levels of Preserve were excellent and provided top shelf customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Ken and Alana when setting up my precious metals account. Ken made the process very easy to understand from the first step to the last. they do an excellent job making sure you completely understand the process, and will explain it to you in full detail. The last thing that I want to mention is that my schedule is really tight throughout the day and they were able to work with me to find times around my schedule. Overall it was a great process and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Not my favorite experience I liked Ryan he was very helpful. He was unavailable and my money sat around for a time about 2 weeks I think while metal went up. I got a new gentleman named John he was very nice and explained some things. It was my own fault I did not ask the spread between spot and the coins he encouraged. The mark up is huge, ask!!!! (I know they need to make money) but it took a huge chunk of my 401. I would have been just as well off to have liquidated my 401 since I am over 60 paid the taxes and bought my own gold! Preserve also said they were going to pay for the first year of my gold storage which they did not do. They were also offering a special on getting an additional product which I did not get either. I have never received notice my metals are actually in the repository form Horizon trust and have heard nothing from Preserve. Maybe I just fell through the cracks because the guy was gone.
