From planning and material selection to delivery and troubleshooting, their support was key to our DIY success. We frequently stopped by to talk through ideas, and they never made us feel like a bother or that we were taking up their time. They were always welcoming and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Their showroom helped us choose the perfect railings, and their guidance gave us the confidence to finish the project on time and right on budget. Even when we needed extra materials not in stock, they went above and beyond to get them to us the same day! In a world where customer service often means talking to an AI bot, their responsiveness and genuine care were a breath of fresh air. We highly recommend Premium Decking Supply to anyone building a deck!

The showroom is awesome being able to see all the different products/solutions they offer. Delivery driver was right on time and everything was packaged perfectly upon arrival. Jeff and Sandra were amazing and turned our deck project nightmare into a dream come true. After a month of searching for the right product at a good price elsewhere, the deal fell apart due to availability. I went into Premium Decking Supply and they had everything I needed and delivered the next day. Even when we ran into a little problem, Jeff was right there to support us and get us what we needed the next morning on his day off. I can't say enough good things about the great experience we had with Premium Decking Supply in Spring Grove.
