I must say Luke is remarkable!! We had a project for a laundry chute that needs a door. I researched cabinet companies and could not find one to fit. I gave Premium Cabinets a call. Luke said this was a custom size that I needed and would need to come from a manufacturer. However Luke did his due diligence and searched his warehouse. He reached back out to me and said he found the exact size door we needed!! I asked the price and he said it was free!! He even gave us a handle and the hardware to go along with it. You are awesome Luke!! This world needs more in it like Luke!!

This review is only based on customer service. Some latches broke on December 24th, 2025. Was not an emergency in my view, and Premuim assured me that they would be mailed to me. I was in the area on Jan 9th, called to see if I could drive by and pick up, but I was informed by Ashley that office was closed and she would mail them on Monday. It is now January 15th. I called this morning and I was informed by Ashley she mailed them yesterday, Wednesday. Customer communication needs to be improved.

Luke was excellent in his communication and showed empathy during my hardship for my remodel due to water damage. He was extremely flexible and patient with my many questions about cabinet possibilities. My cabinets look modern, beautiful and functional! The only challenge I had was with managing the installer he hired who wasn't as communicative. If Luke was able to install and manage from beginning to end that would have been the perfect! But I'm happy with the end result overall!

I was referred by Premium Cabinets to a client named Steve, who is a war vet and struggles with Parkinson's. I had the honor of helping Steve completely revamp his bathroom. We added safety bars where he specifically requested to help him with balance and designed a special vanity he can sit at, along with other accommodations to make him more comfortable. Steve conveyed that the remodel greatly improved the quality of his life. Every interaction my wife and I have had with the Erwin family that runs the shop has been awesome. Last year we went to them with our kitchen cabinet desires layout, and Luke was able to achieve the look and add functional and beautiful components that we wanted. Where do I even begin. Luke and Aidyn have been amazing to work with. First off, our project has not been easy as we have encountered some hiccups along the way which were out of everyone's control. Luke and his team have been so patient throughout the process and have come onsite several times to ensure we came up with the best solution. Luke and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure that our project was taken care of including offering their expertise for items other than cabinets. He listened to all our requests and accommodated even when it didn't work as well for their schedule. We are out of state often and he has helped us out so much being away. Like he even charged our front door for us. Does it get more above and beyond than that!!! I would recommend Luke and Aidyn to anyone in a heartbeat. We really appreciate all they have done in helping to turn our place into a beautiful space.

My wife and I have been planning a kitchen remodel for years. After searching and talking to dozens of cabinet vendors for months, we were lucky enough to cross paths with Luke and Donna. They were incredibly responsive, and it was obvious that they really cared about our project and making sure we got the kitchen of our dreams at a reasonable price. The quality of the cabinets are exceptional, and exactly what we were looking for. He and his team came to my home before the project began and were always engaged. The installer did incredible work and everything got complete on time and on budget. Even beyond that, Luke went above and beyond to help us with our counter tops and even put me in contact with several other folks for advice as challenges came up. I would not be more pleased with them and would give them a 10 star review if I could. It is extremely rare to find this quality and level of customer care in this day and age. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for cabinets or a complete kitchen. Thank you Luke and Donna!!!

100% would recommend Premium Cabinets. I was having an issue with my aged cabinets (not installed by them). All the big box stores were no help. Called Premium Cabinets and they were all about helping me fix my problem. Provided me with free parts since I wanted to do a DYI on the one cabinets I was having issues with. This company really cares and I will definitely be calling them, cause I know all my cabinets are gonna need an overhaul soon, they have a customer for life,
