As far as collection is concerned, it was an efficient service, done within the times agreed. Danny let me know 15 minutes ahead and was polite and friendly on arrival. Thank you!

Premier shedding came to collect at our workplace. Like most women!! We hoard and our bags of confidential waste is no exception. Danny did not complain moving them all down two flights of stairs - great asset to the company

Service good, communication poor. Fair price, friendly & helpful driver. But, at Premier's request, collection arranged for a day when I made it clear - by email - that I was NOT available between 10.00 and 12.30. Sure enough, driver phones at 10.43 that day to say he's on his way. Not impressed. Collection had to be rearranged.
