Service good, communication poor. Fair price, friendly & helpful driver. But, at Premier's request, collection arranged for a day when I made it clear - by email - that I was NOT available between 10.00 and 12.30. Sure enough, driver phones at 10.43 that day to say he's on his way. Not impressed. Collection had to be rearranged.
