Prompt appointment given for the next day by telephone with a 2 hour collection window. Chris arrived exactly on time, pleasantly and efficiently loaded my boxes and left for his next collection. Certificate due to arrive next day. Brilliant service all round.

From my initial enquiry through to collection Premier Shredding were friendly, helpful and courteous. I only had a small amount of paper to be shredded but they dealt with it professionally. I'd definitely recommend them.

My first contact was with Tamlyn, who replied promptly with information about their services with an informative email on pricing. She was happy for me to call on the day to receive the drivers eta, again quick to reply to my email. Then the driver Mike who was cheery and helpful.
