I met the owner's once and they were great to wait on. If I had a vehicle to be worked on I would trust them whole heartedly.
I've been using Premier Auto since 2015. Solid work, competitive rates, good overall customer service and communication. Small shop, so they get to know the client and the vehicles. I've had work done on my cars and trucks and would recommend them. Very little turn over in staff, so you're dealing with the same people over and over. Laura is very helpful on the phone. MP

They are liars. We were interested in a car. They said absolutely nothing was wrong with the car. We show up and there were interior issues they didn’t disclose. There were multiple issues we could hear test driving the car. The online ad definitely looked a lot better than it did in person. They also lied online about some of the things the car is suppose to have. If you’re driving from out of town, I do not recommend.

I had dealt with Arlin for a few years while I was living in the area. Him and his staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable. The work they did for me was always good and they made me feel comfortable with bringing in vehicles for service to be done, never pressured to do anything that wasn't immediately necessary. Very kind and honest people.

Absolutely inept. I bought a diesel truck from this place. (when they sold vehicles) 80 miles later engine light came on. long story short, charge me a fortune to replace parts that didnt work. had to do my own research called the mechanic. (I use that term extremely loosely) with what I thought the problem could be. It should have been under a recall. they took it to the chevy dealership in york. low and behold,,,, it was fixed and under recall. They had the truck totaling over 1 month. unbelievable that I had to tell them what to do. Everything I am typing here has been meticulously documented. The owner took me for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER SCORE FOR THESE CON ARTISTS I WOULD HAVE. The guy working on the truck was a parts changer only. DO NOT GO THERE......

We were able to find the invoice for your 2012 Chevy from 2 years ago. After looking through our records, there were several issues with your vehicle. The glow plug control module and NOX sensors were faulty. After repairing those issues, the def fluid issue remained. We did take your suggestion and sent the truck to the dealer for reprogramming. However, based on our records, the issue was still present after the reprogramming.
We would like to remind you that Premier Sales sold the vehicle to you as is, but graciously agreed to pay over half of the repairs. Our technician spent several unbilled hours working late on your vehicle.
