Beginning in 2015, I became a Delta Private Jets customer. We loved the experience and DPJ was awesome. Always a fantastic experience. Then DPJ merged with WheelsUp in 2020 and that great experience faded very quickly. They got too big too fast and they forgot who pays the bills. Terrible service at a premium price. When I told my account manager we were not renewing, he was a jerk about it. I have too many bad experiences to list here but let me just say there are better private jet options out there. WheelpsUp sure ruined a great company
